I ordered a few skeins of yarn in a custom colour. Vegan Yarn was very accommodating of my requests and sent me sample pictures to make sure the colour I received matched what I wanted. The yarn was also extremely soft, fun to knit with and it came with a couple of free stitch markers!
I reached out to vegan yarn for help with regards to a present and I had very little knowledge. They were so helpful, responding quickly to my email enquiry. Over the course of a few emails they had created some present options, explaining their ideas based on what I had input. The items arrived in plenty of time and in perfect condition. I can not recommended them highly enough!
Beautiful products that are ethical and environmentally friendly, despatched quickly in beautiful plastic-free packaging, excellent service. I will certainly be ordering more!
