Horrible service again I deposited on Sunday September 6 and I wager on Vegas x platform I met the 7 times requirements for Wager and this site deducted 13.80 from my winnings and then make up rules as they go these on line casino website gambling for real money are not legal in California I'm reporting you for fraud and misleading customers

Vegas Gems Casino, I am beyond frustrated. Last month, I was deceived, and now it’s happening again. I have a limited window to play, and these repeated delays are destroying my routine. My entire day is thrown off, and it affects my mood, my focus, even how I interact with my family. After being assured the platform was fixed, I deposited again, only to be lied to once more. This is a pattern of deceit that is ruining my day, my peace, and my trust. I demand immediate action, or I will escalate to regulatory bodies and legal steps. I will not be ignored. I also just learned that this very exact same thing just happened to a friend of mine and they are extremely frustrated and angry as well at this deceit and the way things are being handled. I will also be leaving a review on site Jagger where I have a collection of the conversations with customer service especially this last one how they just completely ignored me they won’t do anything. My money is just sitting there. They won’t respond. They won’t load nothing. I tell him to switch it out at this point, which is something that I didn’t wanna do and now they’re not even doing that they’re not doing anything. They’re just holding onto my money and that is scandalous everybody that is completely upright scandalous. If this is happened to anybody else, please reach out to me and let me know.

Eveytime I contact support the team is patient, quick responses, even if the issue isn’t corrected the first time they will get it right without attitude, they are friendly and most of all helpful. Also the platform in general is great and you actually win and they have good bonus codes . I’ve been winning off the platform for 3yrs now and recommend to anyone to give them try especially since when you sign up you have nothing loose.
