Verification procedure is no good

Verification procedure is no good, I have been denied a bank statement which clearly has my name my address and bank details on it everything they are asking for, so I have asked my bank to send me a letter to verify my name adress and bank details which is what I uploaded in the first place I bet they will deny it and I won’t be getting my money

Don’t verify account after withdrawal

I had verified my account upto level 2 and had successfully withdrawn funds multiple times that arrived in my bank in a few hours (fast)
After trying to withdraw a larger win I have been asked to verify my account upto level 4, needing proof of address and bank account. I have given these documents and was told to wait max 3 days to be verified. Got denied asking for more info which I have given and am still waiting to be verified with no response to what is going on. I have spoken on live chat to try fix the issue with nothing other than upload it again
Shame because vegastars is fun and easy to use but the drawn out verification process is making me not want to play anymore unless it gets resolved.
Can deposit instantly but withdraw takes days stuck behind a verification wall…

Withdrawing

Have been passed around and for some reason cannot process my withdrawal..
they have told me I’m verified and it’s being looked at by a seperate team… 15 times .I’m still hopeful as I do like their casino but it has been pretty frustrating so far.

Edit. Don’t use this casino go elsewhere with your cash

The customer service is amazing

The customer service is amazing! Always very helpful and not needing to wait long. Only downfall is the game gets laggy so I lose money comparing to what I could actually win. Over rall great! You can self exclude yourself which is convenient for those who struggle with gambling addiction

Pretty sure my page has been hacked

Pretty sure my page has been hacked. I received a phone call saying they had deposited $500 in bonus credit to my account. I haven’t been able to open Vegas stars on my normal browser, only when in incognito mode. Normally I get a notification when I withdrawal, but I haven’t gotten that yet and it’s still sitting there. Haven’t had trouble in the past and they pay out quickly but something seems off at the moment.

I don’t know what everyone is complaining about I won a few small amount over the past 6 months then won 9k on Friday night it is now Monday night and I have that money sitting in my account and it’s been a stressful few days because I seen all the negative reviews on here saying they don’t like to pay out bigger amounts this is a great site

Withdrawals are an absolute nightmare

Withdrawals are an absolute nightmare, don't bother depositing money as they make it impossible to withdraw. My account shows it has been "verified" however they keep asking for more documents but I'm unable to upload as they dont give options to do that. Tried live chat multiple times to no avail. I have transactions waiting for over 2 weeks. Take your hard earned money elsewhere

It’s been over 40 hours since ive tried to withdraw. I have verified my account fully and completed all requests by support however they are still advising me the ‘payments team’ are still processing. I’ve had a good experience with vegastars in the past however it appears that once you hit a larger withdrawal than before they block you from receiving the funds. Support have confirmed all my documents are good and been verified on my profile via green ticks yet the ‘payment team’ is still processing and that they have sent a follow up email. Talked to multiple chat supports and all say the same yet no progress. If Vegastars want to assist me please reach out.

Update: After 5 days and lots of back and forth with live chat regarding updates the withdrawal was processed. After this whole ordeal I won’t be using Vegastars anymore but at least they followed through and paid the funds. I will update the review to 3 stars as in the past I had a good experience and seamless withdrawals. Unsure what happened this time but bit disappointing.
