Delivered very soon after purchase, have not opened the box, I plane to assemble this spring. I’m going to use the vegepod to germinate seeds for my vegetable garden.

The connectors broke on my canopy. I inquired if replacements were available. I promptly received an email directing me to where to order. Free shipping was a bonus.

I bought a veggie pod with wheels. Within a few weeks the cross bars broke off and the wheels got corroded to become useless. I would never buy another one with wheels.

My most recent purchase was an indoor veggie pod. The arm extensions would not go up and were stuck. I had to dismantle the entire arm section and take the tubes out and pry them so they would open to full extension. Not great.

My poor Vegepod is getting old...I don't remember for sure when I got it but at least 6 or 7 years ago and it has been providing my family with fresh greens ever since. I LOVE IT.

This company does everything well. From innovation to support and every step along the way. Cannot rate Vegepod highly enough

I bought large plexiglass winter cover my only concern was I’d like to have seen a tie down in the middle of the cover as it’s quite large 👍👍

Package was delivered damaged. Not Vegepod's fault, but due to aggressive or neglectful freight handling.

My Vegepod is 4 years old and I just replaced the dirty cover with a new one. Still love it! Made to last!

Thank you for standing by your claims. Recently I provided info that those cute but curious squirrel(s) had chewed through my mesh cover. The only reason I saved up and bought Vegepod over other raised garden beds was because of the claim that critters couldn't chew through the cover. So of course I was disappointed when they did. But Vegepod was quick to rectify the situation. And then when there was a shipping issue, they fixed that too. Many thanks.

The website was easy to maneuver and checkout process was also easy to understand.

I have ordered from veggepod twice. Both times my orders shipped quickly. Veggepod customer service answered an inquiry and offered to ship extra parts. Excellent service. We plan on getting another pod next summer!!

I think since a part was missing from my order I shouldn’t have to pay for entire new set
