Trustworth omega-3
My order of omega-3 came very quickly with low shipping cost. I was refunded for two bottles from an earlier order because they began to smell slightly rancid. I now store the omega-3 in the fridge when open and in the freezer before opening the bottle. Vegetology makes some great products and respects the need for purity in supplements. I will continue buying from them.

Very happy to recommend Vegetology to new customers. I am in Australia so it might seem a little strange to purchase from a UK company, but the products and prices make it worthwhile compared to locally available products. I buy all of my animal-free/gluten-free supplements from Vegetology - vitamins, minerals and omega-3 oil. My last purchase took around 2 weeks to arrive, so a little slower than buying from a local supplier, but that is fine by me given the quality and low prices of the products.

It took a month to get my package
It took a month to get my package. This is the second time that that's happened. My online tracking showed that my package was held up by the USPS for weeks even though they had possession of it. I emailed Vegetology to see why it wasn't being delivered and never received a response.

I love the new subscription service, setting it up was super easy and now I never have to worry about running out of supplements. The reminder email before each delivery is also helpful in case quantity adjustments are needed. As this system makes it more economical to order a larger amount less frequently, my only query would be whether they could be supplied in larger pack sizes to reduce the amount of plastic waste as recycling is not available where I live.

I ordered the Omega 3 and accidentally ordered the oil when I wanted capsules.. When I spoke with them they quickly sent out capsules and I returned the oil version the next day. Efficient service, friendly staff and great products.
