Love the flavour of the gummies they are easy for me to remember to take them every day because they are tasty :) I have been using them for 2 months up to now and my nails and hair are growing so much faster than before so I think they are working :)

I've really found using Vegums beneficial. They taste great, are zero waste and the subscription model is very convenient.

If you get a subscription with these guys, it’s VERY hard to get out of. I have attempted to cancel my subscription a number of times and have still be charged for gummies I no longer want. I have also had 3 emails ignored by customer services. Really poor!

Good product but found it difficult to amend/cancel my subscription. Thought I had reduced it and found that it had been duplicated instead. Cancelled recently and they still tried to take payment every 2 days. Have now found a different page on my account to cancel so hopefully this has worked this time. Would benefit from a clearer and more user friendly online account.

Regular order of multivitamin, iron and omega 3 gummies - taste great and the customer service is spot on for any questions or adjustments to my subscription. Fully recommend to anyone looking for supplements.

I placed an order for a subscription bundle on March 23rd, and as of April 9th, I have yet to receive it. Unfortunately, I missed the initial delivery, and despite arranging for redelivery, it has not arrived. Further complicating matters, the order confirmation emails were sent from a no-reply address, leaving me unable to respond directly to them. It took some effort to locate a contact email on their website— which was not prominently displayed— to voice my concerns. I reached out to them 5 days ago and have not received any form of reply. It's been 18 days now without delivery or any form of communication from their side.

Update:

Tried to get my next subscription delivery early. Instead of being charged once for this delivery I was charged twice. I've emailed three times and received one reply promising a refund. This hasn't been processed. Reading all the bad reviews about customer service and payments I'm a little concerned this won't be a one off so may have to find a different company as it's just not worth the hassle.

Original: The gummies are delicious it really is difficult not to eat too many. Love the tins, the taste, the quick delivery. The only thing that'd make it better for me is if the shapes were different for different ones. I ordered three different vitamins in a package and when put into the tins (I have put some of each in the tins so I can take them on the go) it's hard for me to tell some apart because I am slightly colourblind. More of a me issue though!

Finally there are vitamins that the kids are happy to take. These gummies are not only full of health benefits but are also delicious to eat.

A bit pricey but the kids really like them. Great that the omega 3 isn't from flaxseed as many other vegan omega 3. Love that the packaging is not plastic, the tins are rubbish though and not airtight, would be better to skip those.

Frustrating subscription system based on remembering the vitamins every day, no option to adapt how frequently you want them delivered.

Last month After a bit of research I decided to choose vegums! As someone who suffers with extreme tiredness and arthritis I have noticed a difference already after just 3 weeks! My joints are less painful and feeling I have a little more energy! My skin is also looking fresher!
I have now subscribed as I have had nothing but positives from vegums

Charlotte (from Vegums) was very very helpful in getting the right subscription.
I had to edit my subscription and there was no immediate way to add a new item and Charlotte helped me add it very quickly. Then I realized I needed another item and she kindly obliged and made the whole experience very smooth (Usually that isn't my experience when purchasing anything online !)
The gummies are very nice, our daughter likes them. For us vegetarians, there are not many options of gummies for Omega-3 and Vegums has clearly filled that gap, well done to them :)

My kids LOVE the vegum omega 3 gummies. Thanks a ton for making these, because I've tried several ways of getting omega 3 in them and none have worked until I discovered your gummies. Every morning the first thing they ask is when they can get their gummies. I'm not exaggerating: I was out of my depths trying to find a way of my kids eating omega 3, because most other products just taste disgusting. You saved me (and my kids' brains :) )

I’ve been taking the multivitamin and the omega gummies for around a month now and I’m absolutely loving them! I really love the sustainable/eco friendly packaging and the ethos of the company too.

I love the taste of these gummies! The little tins to keep them in are a great idea too!

Love the gummies but marketing emails are often misleading about savings. Also almost every single packet is one gummie short - sounds like not a lot but must be saving g them a massive amount of money.

I've used vegums for years and love the company, the product and their customer service.

This month I had an issue with my subscription and they sorted it no problem.

Whenever anyone about supplementing qith vitamins I recommend Vegums.
