I'm a long-time customer of Vegums, and this is my second review of their services after my most recent experience with them. Their products continue to be an absolute essential for me, particularly with a young son who struggles with food sensitivities and a daughter who is unable to swallow capsules. Vegums are such an easy and enjoyable way to make sure they both get the daily vitamins they need.

Recently, a big order of mine went astray in the post overseas. However, the team at Vegums were very quick to respond and even reshipped my order personally to make sure I wasn't left without the products I rely on. I really appreciated the care and attention they showed.

In addition to the great customer service, the products themselves are fantastic - high quality, beautifully packaged, tasty to take, and good value too. Thank you, Vegums team, for going above and beyond!

Awful costumer services
There is no reply to my emails
They have charged twice wrongly. Stored my credit cards and keep taking money.
Phone not working. They have assured me to solve all problems and refund but never getting reply now.
They have gone totally down. Never ever buy from them or subscribe.

I love the brand Vegums - very useful vitamins to take which are a game changer in the world of véganisme. Highly recommend. The customer service is prompt to answer and helpful to resolve any queries.

Great productive, would highly recommend. I just have to fight the urge to eat them all in one go! I had an issue with my order that I emailed customer service about and they were very helpful, polite and prompt!

I discovered Vegums Iron Multivitamins recently and they've been a game changer for me. I've been dealing with low iron levels for a while now and despite trying different diets and supplements, nothing seemed to work. However, after taking Vegums for a few weeks, my blood levels of iron have improved drastically! I feel more energetic and healthy than I have in a long time. I highly recommend giving them a try!

I just had to leave a review for Vegums! I absolutely adore this brand. Not only are the gummies super tasty and easy to chew, but they arrive right on time every month, the eco-friendly packaging (which is PLASTIC FREE) is just the cherry on top! Sure, they may be a bit pricier than other brands I've tried, but for the quality and amazing taste, I am more than happy to pay a little extra. I have been taking the omega 3 for a few years now. They are super tasty! Customer service is always very helpful, in a friendly & efficient manner.

I've had Vegums for quite some time, not only are they absolutely delicious (and even the omega-3 variety has a lovely orange taste, unlike other brands which can be quite fishy), but their customer service is top-notch too. I was amazed to receive lightning-fast responses even late in the evening - talk about dedication to their customers! Love it!

But that's not all - I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Vegums' packaging is completely plastic-free. And to top it off, because I've wrote this review, a tree will be planted on my behalf! It's clear that Vegums is committed to sustainability and making a positive impact on the planet.

Overall, I can't recommend Vegums enough. They are the real deal and have exceeded all my expectations. If you're looking for a top-quality vitamin brand that cares about its customers AND the planet, look no further than Vegums!

My experience with this company has never been anything but positive. The customer service cannot be faulted, they are quick to respond to emails and always incredibly polite, friendly and helpful. I wish all companies had customer service like this.

Vegums does not respond to emails on 2 different addresses, they don't respond to Insta messages, they don't respond to chat messages on their website and the phone is out of service. They store your credit card details and charge you even why you try and cancel. I cancelled in Dec 2022 and am still being charge fraudulently. This former good company has gone down the toilet. The bears now taste revolting of sweetners or the like - yuk.

I've been ordering their gummies (multivitamin, iron, and omega 3) for a few months. I really like the taste and the convenience.

Recently I had an issue with one month not being delivered - within a day or two of my email, they'd investigated it and reshipped them to me. The customer service was really polite and helpful!

They also have a feature to 'pause' your subscription for a month or two if you hit financial troubles (cancelling would also be easy, but it's quite convenient to just 'pause')

Gummies taste great but customer service is awful.i have now missed one and a half subscriptions and emails are not being replied to. I am going to cancel.
