This company use false buyers, pretending they are interested in youre boat, asking you a report from ridecheckup, so spend 80$ and more for this and the suppose buyer disapear..... watch yourself. Some lawyers are working on this scam

I want to warn everyone about this fake website and the people behind it.
I was contacted on Facebook by someone who claimed they wanted to buy my car. They asked me to pay 49 EUR through this website to get a “car report” before the sale. I trusted it at first — but it turned out to be a scam.

After I paid, they sent a fake report that looked like a cheap template with random information — not a real document at all.
When I asked for a refund, they completely ignored my emails and messages. Later, they even sent me an automated message pretending to be “sorry for the inconvenience” and saying I’d get my money back — but of course, nothing ever came.

This website is full of fake car buyers, fake profiles, and fake promises. They try to look professional, but they are just stealing money from innocent people.
Do not trust them, and don’t pay anything!

This was the first time I used a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle as it was an older one than I usually buy and I wanted to make sure I wasn’t buying a lot of problems. I’m very glad I did - Dion was great, provided a very comprehensive report with a lot of photos and then spent time over the phone going through it and what it all meant. He identified around $2k in items that would need correcting. Fundamentally the car was still sound, so negotiated with the buyer knowing how much I would need to spend on repairs but the buyer would not budge so I walked away from it. Great outcome or I would have ended up buying without knowing the issues and getting stuck with a huge bill. Ridecheck provided a great service and saved me a few thousand dollars.

Highly recommend! I called up on a Saturday and spoke with Dion, who managed to arrange an inspection of the car I was looking at for the very next day. He handled speaking to the seller to arrange a suitable time, and called me right after to take me through the highlights of a very useful report (emailed to me as well) with helpful photos and videos detailing all aspects I still had questions about.
