I have a Renault Clio e-tech hybrid.
Every car mat site insisted that my boot mat was for a Clio 2019/25 and I should order accordingly. Duly did so and each boot mat was too small.
Chris at Vehicle Mats UK took this on board and arranged for a new template.
Boot mat arrived today - perfect fit.

My vehicle was not listed so e mailed for clarification. Received reply by return giving me the link. The mats arrived within a reasonable time frame and of good quality. One problem though the passenger mat came with holes but car has no clips, they are sending me a replacement and altering their template to match the vehicle. Excellent communication and help, would thoroughly recommend

I bought 2 set of mats for both our cars, 1 set was embroidered and looks fantastic.
1 of the clips had been broken in transit and they happily sent out a pair of new ones.
Overall service was great, helpful and kept you informed of the progress and delivery.

Mats arrived as promised and did not take a long time from order. The quality is excellent, deep black carpet with professionally stitched lime green border to match my interior. Would recommend highly.

Excellent custom made mats, perfect fit for my new car. I bought a rubber mat with stripy orange trim and I absolutely love them. Highly recommended.

Ordered some mats for my MG4 with orange trim to match the body colour and they look great and fit really well. A lot more choice compared to the OEM mats and at a better price. Had some delivery issues with Evri who were completely useless but Chris at Vehicle Mats UK was quick to reply to my emails and we managed to sort it all out. Thanks!

Easy to get the correct mats, by searching on your licence plate, then upgrade and colour options, are simple to work through.

You get updates via email, so you know when things have been made and dispatched.

They fit to the millimeter, and onto the attachment / hooks, in the driver's footwell.

Just ordered a second set, for a family member's car.

Recently ordered luxury carpet mat for a new Fiat Ducato based camper. There was a minor issue due to a change in floor plan of the van. A new mat was quickly fabricated and dispatched with no fuss. Outstanding customer service. The mat itself fits perfectly and is of a very high quality. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you to Chris and the team.

Fantastic from start to finish..

I needed a new boot mat so i could stick my velcro organiser into the boot of a new car that it wouldn't stick to. After initially purchasing a medium quality one and finding it didn't stick, the team at Vehicle Mats UK helped me out and went above and beyond to test which of their carpets velcro stuck to.

Once we worked that out they swapped the carpets and refunded the difference, great customer support

Had emailed the customer service guys at 9pm asking to make a colour change, they got back to me by 8am the next day and already had it all sorted - they also had expedited the order so it wouldn't delay the delivery. Ordered twice now and been perfect both times, would recommend.

Bought some mats for my Ioniq 5. The mats fitted perfectly with the car and feel like they will last as long time. I think it’s also important to mention that they also offer a Bluelight card discount which makes these mats even better. I will definitely come pack to these guys when I want to order a boot mat for my car.

I ordered mats for a Toyota proace city, on Monday was a bit devious at first. Ordered thinking it going to be another cheap quality mat company I was very wrong the quality is ace they fit OEM and look bang on.

Received my order today (exactly 1 week from ordering) and as I was placing in my van I realised I had stupidly ordered the wrong one. Contacted Vehicle Mats via the contact form to see if I could cheekily request an exchange and received a reply within 2 hours with a confirmation that the new correct ones would be sent out.

Amazing service, cannot fault - and although the wrong mat, it was excellent quality. Can’t wait to receive the replacement and get it into my van.
