Terrible experience, avoid them
We had a terrible experience with this company. I placed an order for turn signal light lens on 6/2/26 for $38.23 including $13.95 the shipping cost. I called and emailed them several times during 2 weeks, no shipping. So on 6/18/25 I called 3 times and emailed 2 times asking to cancel my order because my mechanic decided these lens wouldn’t work for my truck and better to get LED lights instead. So instead of canceling they created a shipping label and the package got to USPS possession in 4 days. It’s really bad how they treat customers. So it took 25 days to receive and if I want to return it they will credit only the price of the lens $24.28, minus some restocking fee and the shipping back. Really stupid, they could easily cancel my order before the shipping. They just decided to trick me… ooops here is the shipping label, even USPS didn’t have the package for 4 days….. 👎👎
