Absolutely annoying pressure to get vehicle after inquiry and then absolete ZERO follow up and hard to contact afterwards. Nice and friendly when pursuing a donation and then rude, hard to contact and took months to get a receipt or any information. When I did get information, it was inconsistent between people and ended up not having the donation value I was told by two other people. Terrible company to deal with and ZERO proof it actually helped anyone. It's a shell collection company that allegedly funds other veteran assitance agencies but will provide NO proof that the money went anywhere except to the shell company. I wish we had donated to Purple Heart Foundation instead.

When I told them the website seemed a bit facetious, they hung up on me.

They are not designed to help veterans at all. Only to help with tax write offs.

Very professional, was conducted in a timely matter

We felt something would come to us automatically as to what the car sold for at auction. We needed that figure for our tax deduction. If my memory serves me correctly, I was given the opinion by someone within your organization that I could use the auction amount or the fair market value. Eventually, after a phone call, I was told it sold at auction for $500. I presented that figure to our accountant, as well as several printouts from Google indicating the fair market value of our donated car being between $1,300 and $3,200, (depending on condition.) My accountant chuckled and said the fair market value means nothing... we can only deduct the amount for which it was sold. We are ok with that and happy the car went to a good cause. Why we are disappointed, and why we can only give a 3-star rating can be found in our words above.

Excellent customer service and truck was picked up promptly.

The process was simple, the people friendly and it went very efficiently. I called a couple places that offered a quote online or over the phone. When it was completed, they gave more than anyone else.

FIRST OF ALL I HAVE TOTAL RESPECT FOR ALL OF OUR VETS. MY FATHER SERVED. BUT I NEVER RECEIVED AND TYPE OF DONATION PAPERWORK OR DOCUMENTS FOR THE CAR. THE DRIVER THAT PICKED UP THE CAR WAS REALLY NICE AND HE WAS EARLY. IT'S BEEN OVER A YEAR AND I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING. IT WAS NOT WELL MANAGED ON THEIR PART. LUCKY FOR ME I HAVE PROOF OF DONATING THE CAR.

I haven't gotten my tax form yet for the donation but it was recent and they didn't let me down as this is the second car I've donated. Process is simple and quick.

The entire experience was wonderful. From the beginning to the end it was easy, comfortable and professional. They came and towed the car at no cost to me. The car was auctioned off and the tax certificate was mailed to me with the amount for my deductions. The customer service representatives were courteous and knowledgeable.
