Robert was incredible in securing a higher settlement for my vehicle! My insurance company dragged my claim on and on and on (for over 2 months). As an attorney, I mistakenly thought I would be able to negotiate a satisfactory valuation amount. Once Robert became involved, he obtained a value that was 25% higher than the amount my insurance company had originally offered. Moreover, the matter was wrapped up within 48 hours of his involvement. He is incredibly knowledgeable, unbelievably responsive, and clearly commands the respect of his colleagues. i came across Roberts name as i was doing some homework on my car insurance policy. My sons car went on fire after nine months of having it and liberty mutual told me that i would get back $5100.00 and that it was not negotiable.
