I placed an order on April 2 never…

I placed an order on April 2 never received a confirmation email or any confirmation other than my credit card was charged just under $200. About two weeks later, I reached out to them. I have emailed them text them with the number that they provided. Attempted to chat on the website no one ever replies. And called the number that they provide as well. I have never gotten an answer or a reply. I have also never received my order. Thankfully I have screenshots of everything of every step I took when I was placing the order along with the charge on my card. I’m trying to figure out a way to get my money back at this point. Veilveil is completely unprofessional and ridiculous! Their customer service is nonexistent! And at this point, their product is nonexistent as well!

I absolutely do not recommend

I absolutely do not recommend this dishonest company. They do not honor their shipping time, they make offers of refunds which they also do not honor and ignore messages, and send fake tracking links which later allows them to gaslight you. Do not order from them.
