Everything happened on time. The staff were polite, competent, and friendly. I had previously had a vein stripped from my other leg on the NHS and compared to that this was a stroll in the park. I experienced minor discomfort for the first week after the op and by the second week there was nothing, completely normal.

Examination of varicose veins in each leg
Very thorough examination of each leg was carried out and explanations of the various treatments to suit my situation were explained. Staff were polite and explained everything clearly.

Leg varicose veins 59 year old
Immediately made welcome on arrival by the reception staff. Mike the Consultant and Nurse Elizabeth were absolutely fantastic, talking me through every step of the procedure and just making me so comfortable throughout. Personally for me my results have been better than I ever could have wished for. No cramping in my calfs, No aching after walks for the first time in years. The improvement in the appearance of my lower legs is also better than I ever expected. Thank you Norwich vein centre team. Brilliant.

I still have nasty bruising on my left leg and at the back of my knee on the same leg is very tender to touch and also around that part of my leg is a numb feeling like constant pins and needles 😥

Extremely positive experience
I had my treatment today at the vein centre, and the entire team was absolutely incredible—from receptionist to the nurse and the surgeon. I was very nervous going in, but they made me feel completely at ease. There was barely any pain, and the whole experience was far more pleasant than I expected. I’m truly happy I chose the vein centre and couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received.

From the initial appointment the doctor…
From the initial appointment the doctor was very informative of the procedure, and what to expect during the treatment stage. Every aspect planned out exactly as described, putting me in complete confidence. The follow up appointment was as before, my veins treared are nearly all vanished, with only a few bumps left and a slight faded bruisers in those areas. I have the upmost admiration for the staff at the Norwich Vein Centre and would not hesitate to recommend them , for vein treatment. 10 **********+ regards Michael

Excellent service
I have just had my 2nd follow up appointment, just a couple of injections. my feed back is i had some discomfot from 1st appointment which is to be expected and a small concernn of reddess, which was delt with in a very helpful and concered way and i didnt need any pain killer throughtout whole process.
Very happy to see my leg already looking so much better no bulging viens. The service excellent.

Couldn’t fault the consultant and receptionist, but who decided your door address should be tucked away between two large ones, also my appointment was on a Sunday when trying to confirm were your consulting rooms where , the main reception was closed
