Awful, just horrible!

Please be careful especially if you`re coming from a distance to this dealership. It is run by two brothers, one is ok-ish, had knowledge about customer service and polite, but the other one is the type trying to rip you off for every kr...
My wife agreed the price of 35.000 for an Iveco from 2004, but when I got there from Copenhagen, the price was not lower then the one mentioned on website (39.800). Not budging the price at all even after the verbal agreement we had before. I actually said 38 it`s my last price and only after I walked out the door he came after me and agreed. I believe in the business mentality and as a seller if I don`t think my product is worth less, I would not sell....but to agree by phone, state (i quote) "yes, we can do that, sounds a reasonable price" and after that to pass me to your brother that doesn`t wanna even talk discount...that`s just d**k move, knowing i spent like 5 hours getting there. But hey, I also believe in karma, so hopefully everything will be ok in the end :)

UPDATE: "The car is in perfect driving condition, of course it's not a new car so needs small fixing here and there" they said. You wouldn't imagine it failed syn (the syn inspector said I'm not even aloud to drive it it's so bad errors) and now I'm at the mechanic with it, leafspring cracked, some breaks shots, electric system bad....
They even have a workshop at the dealership, I'm positive they knew about the problems because when I came the car was all "propped up" so, they on purpose sent me out with an unsafe car putting my life and others in risk. Just imagine the character you need to have for doing this...
