Since your order got lost in transit and we then issued a refund, we have started working with a new shipping supplier to avoid orders getting lost in the mail.
We are sorry you are no happy with our customer service. We are a small team and aim to reply to all emails as fast as possible and your refund was issued as soon as the shipping company we were working with at the time notified us they have stopped shipping to SA.

I ordered 2 cardigans from this company and received them this morning.
They are NOTHING like the ones on the website. Quality is very poor and they're not even the same colours!!
I commented on their fb page about it and they deleted my comments!! I tried to contact them via messenger but they've blocked ne!!
This company says they are all"british based"...WRONG...!!! THESE were made in China 🇨🇳 as I saw on the label where they were posted from!!

We are in fact based in Epsom, Surrey. However, some of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers' premises abroad in order to keep our prices as accessible as possible and offer free shipping to all our customers globally.
If you are unhappy with the item you received you can return it for a full refund to our returns address in Epsom. In case the item you received is faulty we will of course cover the cost of your return.

This is a dropshipping company - something they don't make clear on their website. If I'd known I wouldn't have purchased from them. You can buy the exact items they sell elsewhere online yourself for much cheaper and cut these unnecessary middle men out - delivery time will be faster and you will save money!

Says it’s a uk company but everything ships from China and takes a long time. The quality is ok but the sizing is tiny. Customer service does respond in the chat which is good. I’m generally just suspicious as I only shopped there to support a uk business and it’s not very clear the items will come from China. I also tried to post a review on my items (not negative, just to call out the sizing issues) and it was never listed. Overall not a very transparent brand.
