Lovely quality, quick delivery
Bought a necklace and it arrived right on time. Before ordering I reached out to customer support with a few questions about the necklaces and they were really helpful got a clear answer quickly which made me feel confident about my purchase. I'd been looking for something simple…
I'd been looking for something simple but elegant for my sister's birthday and came across Velara. Honestly wasn't expecting much from an online shop I hadn't heard of before, but the necklace arrived beautifully packaged and looked even better in person than in the photos.

Well, I have always believed a person must give credit where and when credit is due. I'm more than happy with not only with the cool products they have, but also quite pleased with the customer service. I had a minor issue with an order I placed and when I brought it to their attention, they were attentive, caring and went above and beyond what I asking for. So, thank you for that :)
