I recently purchased an imported car through this company and overall had a positive experience.
The process did take longer than initially expected, about 4 months instead of the estimated 2, which was a bit frustrating. There were also a few miscommunications along the way. However, what really stood out to me was the level of communication throughout. Even during the delays, they kept me informed and were responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. That made a big difference and helped build trust.
In the end, the car arrived in great condition and matched my expectations, so I’m happy with the purchase.
What they do well is customer engagement — staying in touch, being available, and working through issues when they arise. That level of service goes a long way, especially with something like importing a car where timelines can be unpredictable.
For improvement, clearer upfront communication around timelines and setting realistic expectations would make the experience even better.
Overall, a reliable service with strong customer support. I’d consider using them again.

I was a bit hesitant going into this process mainly because it was my first time buying a car, but he made it such an easy and smooth experience. He was professional, super responsive, and always took the time to answer my questions. The car came in great condition, and when you compare it to similar options on the Irish market, it’s genuinely a great deal. Would definitely recommend.

I found them on Instagram, and even though they had a small following, I still took a chance because I know what it's like trying to get your name out there, having started a business myself. So, I trusted them and believed in the brand. With that, I ordered a 2019 Mercedes S450 (it was meant to be a 2018, but I got a 2019!). I couldn't be happier with the results, the car, the way it looks, the immaculate paintwork on the body the car looks brand new. Everything about the car is amazing. I even brought it to Mercedes-Benz in Dublin once the car arrived to make sure everything was alright, and they told me it was perfect, with no faults. I couldn't be happier. Even though I had to wait a couple of months, it was well worth it. I'll definitely be recommending them to anyone looking to import cars from Japan and save money, or even to buy and sell them. I'll be back for more cars and will be sending all my friends through. The whole process was good, and I'm grateful and happy with the car I got.
