Their online fulfillment is not trustworthy
This review is strictly for the online shipping process. They're products are good quality, but their customer service in fulfilling online order is abysmal. I ordered a pair of loafers with express shipping (3 day delivery) because I needed them for a work event. It's been 5 days since the order now and the product still hasn't even been shipped. No one in customer service is helpful or can provide an explanation on why it's not been shipped. When I'm on the phone with them, they tell me they'll get back to me the same day and never do. As of right now, I'm out $360 and still don't have any clue if my shoes will ever be delivered.

Still waiting for my shoes
So my shipment has been sitting at FedEx in France for over a week, but apparently not delayed at customs because the FedEx tracking information says, "Your package is at our facility," and it has said that for over a week.
I contacted Velasca yesterday by email and received a response saying give us 24 hours to look into this.
I have received no response.
Very disappointing experience with Velasca.

Their clothes are beautiful but need priority shipping
Their clothes are beautiful. I purchased shirts for my husband that are on the fitted side of relaxed. Velasca is responsive and helpful with a seamless exchange process to size up. My only complaint is that their site did not offer priority shipping as an option. I would have made that choice. FedEx will hold a package at their depot in France for over a week.

Beautiful coat, amazing attention to detail.
Shipping was fast and painless. The coat was packaged in a lovely garment bag with thoughtful details. The coat (while the color was a bit different than the images on the site) was beautiful and felt great! I receive tons of compliments when I wear it, and it feels like a warm hug when I wrap it up with the belt.

The shoes are great. They have a real quality feel and are comfortable. They do run large which required an exchange. The process highlighted Velasca's logistical deficiencies as compared to a more established brand, but in the end it all worked out.

Amazing Customer Service
Shoutout to Fernando, who facilitated my purchase. I’d found the shoes on the EU website but for some reason they weren’t available on the US website but he was able to get them transferred. Incredible quality and value as always. This is my 5th pair of Velasca shoes, all wonderful. Definitely measure and check the size chart. I’m usually a 38 without question but they were sold out and the 37.5 actually worked perfectly given the more elongated toe of this style.
