Do not return the money
My daughter ordered a hoodie with them. The price was not low. But the quality was very poor. So we decided to return it. Instead of returning and refunding they are sending letters that the quality is fine and maybe she wants to give it a go. Couple of letters about why they will not return the money. They do not give return adress . So the hoodie is poor quality. She spent her pocket money on a shity hoodie. Not recommended!
