Exactly same experience. Ordered Dyson hairdryer, received email order was confirmed, but nothing after that, and couldn't contact anyone. Cancelled card though no money had been debited. Very odd, as no one reviewing seems to have lost any money!

Avoid at all costs. Awful paid money no response to numerous emails and phone calls. A complete con.

I can’t believe I’ve fell for this and wish I would have read the reviews first. I have ordered a dyson hairdryer and paid for next day delivery. It should have come yesterday and I haven’t received any tracking information.so far my account hasn’t been debited and I have blocked my card. I’ve tried emailing, texting and calling - all with no reply - this company are fake scammers!! I have now purchased the real deal on dyson site with a monthly payment and a guarantee :-)

Same as everyone else as said. Received confirmation email for Dyson Hairdryer but nothing else, no response to emails and unable to get through on the mobile number given.
I don't understand what people get out of doing this! No money taken but have cancelled my bank card as a precaution.

Same experience as everyone else here. I did get an order received email and noticed that the parent company was called “gaget tech” Poor spelling is a bit of a warning. No money taken but cancelled my card as they had my 3 digit pin. Disappointed in myself for letting a big saving cloud my judgement. It did say that the card system was padlock safe on my p.c though so that wavered my apprehension. I would avoid this site at all costs.

Purchased Dyson Hair Dryer at the sale price for my daughters birthday, Paid extra for next day delivery with DPD, not arrived, tried ringing but number (mobile) does not connect. No money was taken from my card but I have cancelled the card as a safety precaution.
I would say this is a scam site, keep clear.

I am really worried about placing an order with this company for a Dyson hairdryer. It has been over a week and not received. The company contact details do not work. Neither the phone number or e mail address. Going to give it a couple more days then I will try and cancel the order with my credit card company. I am concerned that this is a scam despite the website looking quite authentic. HELP!!

Would seem like a scam site, to reply to any emails plus telephone number doesn't connected.
