They delivered something to the wrong address in my town.
Royal Mail sent me a reply after trying to hunt down the package, they said they had delivered to my safe place at first.
But when I provided my details and tracking number the Royal Mail stated that it didn’t have my details on the package and that they didn’t match the ones on the package.
I sent this email to Veliora. And they replied that Royal Mail had confirmed delivery.
Even though it wasn’t to me.
I sent the Email from Royal Mail confirming I have not received any package because it was labelled wrong.
I had already waited since February for the item. It’s now May.
They are ignoring my emails now which I have sent with all the evidence several times but no replacement package or refund or even a reply.
I’m severly disabled so I need the money if my goods are not sent.
Disgraceful company AVOID TOTAL SCAM C**NTS
I will have to get the money back from my bank but DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VELIORA
