The best Hybrid shoes!!
I’ve been putting the Velites Hybrid 1.0 shoes to the test, and I’m seriously impressed.
What I love most is how versatile they feel. They give me the stability I want for lifting, but they’re still comfortable and responsive when the workout involves running, jumping, or fast transitions. As someone who trains CrossFit and hybrid-style workouts, I need a shoe that can handle a little bit of everything without feeling like I’m compromising somewhere — and these really deliver.
They feel secure on my feet, the grip is great, and I love how connected to the ground I feel during lifts and functional movements. At the same time, they don’t feel heavy or restrictive when it’s time to move fast.
I’ve trained in a lot of different shoes over the years, and the Hybrid 1.0 has genuinely surprised me. Definitely a shoe I’m excited to keep training and competing in. 🔥

Shipping, postage and product
I understand the shipping takes some time to ship to Australia. So, there was a long wait to receive the package.
My first usage was a fail, conducting bar muscle ups and was re-hooked as I came off the bar. Injured my wrist and back for a bit and the grips had ripped.
Having to send back the product and pay for postage was also a bit annoying.
I do think the product is great for certain movements. Although I won’t use for bar muscle ups anymore.

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. I ordered some minimal shoes and had to send them back to change the size. I contacted customer service since the portal showed I had to pay 58€ to change sizes. Customer service told me to go ahead and pay and they would review it afterwards, misleading me to believe there would be a refund. Then they told me they would not refund me. If I had known, I would have just sent back the entire product for a full refund and reordered the new shoes in the correct size and I would not have been punished to pay extra 58€. After many emails, still refusing to refund me, they said they would give me a gift code of 58€ for the next purchase so I don’t lose the money. But they gave me a code that doesn’t even work. So I basically got robbed. Very disappointing and sad to have this kind of scamming customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CRAP SKETCHY COMPANY!!!! This company does not care about their customers. I have sent my shoes back for a full refund because their sizes are stupid and not true to size. They don’t have any customer service phone numbers only an email address that they completely ignore. They received my shoes weeks ago and I have not received my refund. I have sent an email every business day with today being the 8th one. I’ve had zero responses. They required my checking account number and routing number for the refund which did not make any sense since I paid with a credit card. The only other way they offered a refund that they still have not given me is a gift card to spend with their company. NO THANKS! I have placed a formal complaint with CrossFit since they sponsored them to order their stuff during the open and I was told to take it up with the company. WOW!

Camel toe :(
The women's Holo short has lovely soft fabric, but it is very clingy. I tried two sizes S and M and camel toe was very visible. I am 5'3" 126 pounds. The short is such nice thin, buttery fabric it fits into all the places if you know what I mean. Returned both sizes. The waist band is double fabric and if the whole short was double the fabric, they wouldnt go into the the places you dont want the fabric.
