This company sucks!!!!! I purchased sneakers through Shop and never received them. I ordered them 1/27 it is now 3/28 still NOTHING. I have sent emails no response and SHOP is doing nothing either. I’m so disappointed oh and they took a payment when I have sent in 2 disputes now with shop
Ordered a pair of shoes 4 weeks ago hasn’t been shipped yet I contact them through email no response so I’m going to have to say this company is a scam don’t order from them as they keep your money and don’t reply or send the product
I recently ordered 2 rubber ducks that were formula 1 Mercedes team design. Kids were super excited. Saw them in November and ordered for Christmas. Only arrived second week Jan so took ages. When arrived they are Ferrari, so incorrect team received and they are a solid figurine rather than rubber so not suitable for the children. Company stating I have received the right ones and then telling me it’ll cost too much to send back so I’m stuck with them and only being offered a token refund amount even though pictures have been providing. Disappointed to say the least for this scam
