Late delivery/wrong address/bad support

Supposed to ship within 4 to 5 buisness days. 1 month later after customer service ignored my messages I get a notification that my package was delivered to the wrong address in the wrong country. This is the 4th pair of shoes I ordered from them. Never had a problem until now. Wont be recommending these to fellow roofers anymore....

Hi Mitch,

Sorry that happened, the boots got returned to our 3PL since it couldn't locate your address apparently, since we recently switched to DHL for canadian shipments (which unfortunately isn't always going smoothly).

We are searching for different shipping options, and we'll ship your roofing boots out after memorial day via a different, more expensive route to make up for this incident. Please check your email for further details!

And I'm sorry we didn't respond on some messages via our contact page, we don't get an update after the first message on there, please contact us at info@vellinga.shoes for direct responses.

Please know I am actively fixing this! Hope this helps, if you need anything else please let me know.

World class family

World class family. World class boots. Love the durability and comfort. I wear mine every day and will not wear another paving boot. Love the smooth bottoms for walking on the mat and foot working tight areas. Even the sticky $#’+ scrapes right off. If you’ve been looking for a comfortable, durable , useful paving boot. Look no further.

Don't last long enough

Great shoes but they still wore down within 4 months of heavy usage.
