Limited funding methods
The investment platform works well and the returns are steady, but the limitation on funding options is a significant drawback for me. I was unable to use my preferred international wire transfer method and they do not accept direct funding via cryptocurrency, which many modern fintechs now support. I had to go through a slower, indirect bank transfer process. If they expanded their funding gateways, especially for larger sums, it would be a much smoother experience.

Tax reporting is a nightmare
The actual investing performance is fine, but the year-end tax documentation they provide is unnecessarily complicated. It requires far too much manual reconciliation of various reports. They need to simplify the consolidated tax reporting for non-professional users.
