Delivered items , placed in mail box, but never received

I was under the impression that I was ordering the Peter Thomas Roth Eye tightening cream ...from that company. I paid my money and waited for my order. I have now been told that my order has been delivered, But I never received it and I have no way to track it. I have been told to check with USPS and they have no information.
Don't trust this company....They are a scam!!

I was scammed by Velluci

I was scammed by Velluci. I purchased their eye cream for $9.95 and $4.95 shipping, but my credit card statement showed a much higher amount AND I never received the product. Now I've received charges of $39.97/month from the same company. My credit card company said Velluci has initiated monthly recurring charges of this amount. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Don’t buy Velluci eye cream

Purchased eye cream and then was charged $39.95 a month for the option of a discount if I decide to purchase something in the future. Yes I should have checked my account better last month but really. Don’t purchase from them you’ll notice charges from youngmistress.com. Noticed charge today for yesterday and no refund, eye cream nothing!

No way to do business

I would have saved the time and money I'm hoping to save you, if I had read this review a month ago.

I ordered Peter Thomas Roth eye tightener from an ad for the company Velluci I saw through facebook. I was surprised at the price being so little, and I wish I had been more critical of that. I figured 9$ for an otherwise 45$ product, but plus the 15$ shipping, plus the conversion to Canadian dollars, it might be the legit product. I was wrong.

I like quality ingredients. I have sensitive skin and I care about how I treat it. I want to know what's in my beauty products, so I know I need to buy them from reputable companies that do clinical tests in a professional lab that lists safe, medical grade ingredients, on the package.

I'm in a tough financial place right now, so this deal attracted me. I've been eyeing this product for a while, and considering buying it on Sephora, but I had been under the impression that facebook would not have scams posing as legit items, but I have been proven very wrong about this.

Today I received a more than half empty, generic eye tightening cream, with a cheap applicator in a squished box. Not only does it not have the Peter Thomas Roth brand name on it, it doesn't even have a brand name. I compared the ingredients and they are not anywhere near similar.

Is a company allowed to show the Peter Thomas Roth name in their ad, AND the email receipt, and send something else in it's place. Is that legal???

This is NO way to do business.

I have pics for proof.
