Absolutely amazing service!!! Highly recommend!!! We travelled from the UK to tirana and needed a car to drive through Albania making a few stops along the way to ksamil. We did a lot of research on car rentals not many having good reviews from the airport so we looked for a local company in Albania and we found Velo car rental, they had great reviews so we decided to use them and they did not disappoint, super friendly guy who dropped and picked up the car at the airport and the whole picking up and dropping of the car was so easy. They also stay in touch via WhatsApp if you have any issues they will get straight back to you. The car was great and very comfortable and I felt at ease using this company. You won't be disappointed. When we visit Albania again we will use velo again 💯! Thank you for making our first time in Albania a more amazing experience and stress free 😊⭐

I rented a car from Velo Cars in August, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The business is run by two brothers who are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They responded quickly and warmly to all my messages via WhatsApp, even offering helpful tips on places to visit during my trip.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome, and the excellent service continued right up until our departure. They even assisted us with the check-in process at the airport when we were leaving.

Overall, I highly recommend Velo Cars for anyone looking to rent a car. The exceptional service and personal touch made our experience truly memorable.

We travelled to Albania in August and had a first class experience dealing with the guys at Velo. Cannot fault them whatsoever. Met us at the airport on time and were there to meet us on time at drop off. Communication was first class at all times. In July 2024 we went on our honeymoon through Albania. We rented the car through Velocars. The contact was already super good in advance. I could ask questions and got a quick answer. When we arrived in Albania, they helped us super well and friendly. The car that we rented for over 3 weeks was a really fantastic car. Clean, economical and drove very well. The necessary contact in between also went really well. They are very friendly men and thought along well. Partly because of this car rental company, we really had a fantastic honeymoon. I rentes a Hyundai Tucson from Velo-Rent. Fair Price, super service and really nice and trustworthy guys! The service was excellent. Come with the car to the airport hotel, met me and helped with luggage to the check-in area! I will only ude Velo-rent for car rental as they dont rip you off like the big companies.

The car was in a good shape. Our flight was delayed, so the guys had to wait for us at the AirPort till midnight but they stayed positive and helpful and also they brought us snacks.

Good renting experience. Everything went very smooth. No queue at the airport , someone was there at pick up and at return. We got an old car but this is what I prefer and it was fully satisfactory (comfortable, powerful ). Good responsiveness at any time via WhatsApp.
