As a Belgian tourist, I forgot an important parcel in the shop. I realised this on my return to Belgium. The boss was extremely kind to send it back to me. Really, what a service!

Klaus was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I was able to try several different models of e cargo bikes. Eventually selecting a reise and Müller load 60 that will suit me perfectly. Excellent service

On vacation in Denmark with our Stromer bike. Flat tire in København. 1 phonecall and we could come to the store immediatly for help. Tires promptly fixed and changed for sturdier ones. Much attention to detail. Brakes checked and software updated. Can only wish everyone the kind of good service I experienced there. Thank you!

Excellent Service
We had problems with our e-bike on our cycling trip. Here we were helped spontaneously and in a very friendly and uncomplicated way. A great and recommendable shop. And thank you for the beverages 😊

I came with a problem with gears on an e-bike not even bought at Velohouse. Owner asked his technician to immediately give it a look and after 2 minutes my gears were working fine. Didn't even want money. Legends, much appreciated.

I had my Trek verve+3 in for a silver service and the bike rides and looks fantastic , I will only be using Velohouse from now on and will get the gold service later this year. Fantastic service all round.

I’m really happy with Velohouse, they are a warm welcoming and most of all very knowledgeable service point for my Stromer bike. Whenever I’m in Denmark visiting friends, I always make sure to visit them for a quick bike check-up or extended service inspection.

Easily the best bicycle store I have visited, and possibly the best in Copenhagen.

Mechanic Leo really knows what he's doing and is happy to explain things and owner Klaus is delightful. Leo strongly encouraged me to get a Hövding helmet many years ago... and I'm so glad I did!

I was always passing in front of this shop, it is now my favorite bike shop in copenhagen. They have bikes for all of the ranges and from diverse brands. Very professional team, they perfectly know their products.

Hands down the best bike shop, bike repair in Copenhagen. I came to them with a project no other shop wanted to touch. They had many great proposals, were flexible, patient, gave me a good deal, and always pleasant to work with.
Can't recommend these guys enough.

After many weeks of searching an exact model, I finally found it in my size at Velohouse, seemingly the only one available in Europe, so phoned Klaus who was really helpful and polite, speaks excellent English and explained the shipping process/time period to me. I went ahead and bought online through the website, and paid the shipping cost (to France 150€) which Klaus was kind enough to share a part of considering the cost of the bike - very much appreciated.
Shipping wasn't a problem and the bike arrived in a timely fashion (considering the security delay for the bank transfer) and decently packaged.
Obviously the bike is gorgeous, unmarked and I'm happy with my purchase, it even arrived with spd pedals so there have been no problems there, but nevertheless there were a couple of bits that weren't to spec; different (yet good quality) tyres, a lower spec saddle and the typical box of tat that trek provides with all carbon bikes was missing (5nm 4mm hex tool, frame protector stickers, owners manual). I did send an email to Klaus before writing this review, in the interest of clarity, but haven't had a response so we're left to guess as to why (I imagine the parts were already sold and then hastily replaced for my purchase, and the pedals were included as a sort of compensation). Not that this changes my overall satisfaction, and it is obviously different as a long distance customer, but perhaps attention to detail and communication could be improved, that's all.
Overall good experience and I'd be happy to recommend Velohouse to friends. Thanks Klaus

Great service. Although I bought my bike in Italy - it was sold out at Velo House - Klaus and his team were immediately available when my Cinelli frame turned out to have an issue. Klaus and his team checked the bike for me and provided great technical assistance as well as customer service. Velo house has a great mechanics team and their selection of bikes and gear is only top of the shelf. My next bike will be bought here for sure and I would definitely recommend them for the service they provide if you are into quality bikes.

Awesome cycle shop, with excellent equipment and service. Stopped by with my bike to purchase an inner tube and the owner offered to bring it and have the mechanic take care of it. Much appreciated.

This is one of the best bike shops in Copenhagen!
When you look at the service level of other bike shops these guys are way ahead - they totally go out of their way to do everything they can to solve whatever biking problems you may have.
We have a Nihola electric bike and have had problem after problem with this bike since we got the motor installed on the bike. We have stopped going to Nihola cykler near Dybbelsbro station because their service is simply not ok - they don't fix the problem.
Velohouse however, do. Recently we had another problem with the Nihola bike, the motor broke down. We brought it to Velohouse and they tried to fix the motor but when they needed some specific parts that they could only get from the Nihola shop they brought the bike on a trailer to the Nihola shop, got what they needed and then only charged us what Nihola had charged them. This really goes above and beyond keeping the 'customer happy' and we're very happy that they do so!
Now we only bring our bikes to Velohouse. They also have a washing service which is great as bikes get slowed down from all the dirt they accumulate over the winter months.
I usually don't write reviews but really feel like I need to give a massive thumbs up to Leo and Claus - they are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about what they do and always follow through on their promises. It's not often you find such level of service in shops here in Copenhagen.
Even though we live quite far away from Amerika Plads, I would still make a point of bringing my bike to Velohouse as I know I will get excellent service here and leave a satisfied customer ready to cycle many more miles on what feels like a 'new and improved' bike!
HIGHLY recommend Velohouse!
