Scam - nothing arrived! Trie d contact without success

Not working when arrived sent numerous emails and they never reply. Do not buy this product

I am still waiting for a ring i ordered for a friend..just cannot get in touch with these people 🙄

Avoid this company they appear to be fraudsters from my experience

Products (2 necklaces) arrived after 3 weeks (advertised 7-10 days, which is not possible as the warehouse is in China). Packaging for 2 necklaces was just a plastic bag, no box. Both necklaces were damaged, one was broken in half and the other severely bent and unusable. Requested refund but they offered only a replacement. Requested refund again and offered just 15%. Have sent them statutory guidelines for UK retail law and I await results.

Update: I have finally received a refund for 1 of the necklaces, but they deny the other one is damaged, despite photographic evidence repeatedly sent. They no longer respond to emails. I presume they are happy that the money they have kept for the one necklace still gives them profit , so they're keeping that. Sickening immorality.

This is with regards to VELORA UK, portraying to be UK based. The name and free shipping indicates it.

Ordered item and a cheap Chinese product arrived. Have send more than 10 emails and still not giving me a return address, but offering 8% money back if I keep it and making comments such as I should try it as I “might just like it”.

Very condescending and arrogant.

1. You must return the item to China at your own expense and bear the return shipping costs;

2. After a successful return, we will deduct applicable customs duties and a 15% restocking fee;

3. If the product is damaged during the return process, it will not be accepted.

4. Our return policy requires that the return address be provided by us. The address on the package is not our designated return address. If you return the package to any address other than the one we provide, we will be unable to accept it. In such cases, all losses will be borne by the buyer. Do not return items without authorization.

If you desire a full refund, you must return the item and cover shipping costs plus any applicable customs duties. Returning goods from your location to China incurs significant expense and time.

In this case, how about we refund 8% of this order and you keep the package? You may retain the item as a gift for friends or family.

Dreadful company. Jumper took weeks to come. Came looked nothing like the picture. Just cheap rubbish. I emailed to return. Had to fill sheets of answers as why I wanted to return it. Then they offered me £3.40 to keep it or pay a return to china. £35/£65.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Ordered an item from them at a cost of £79, when it arrived it wasn’t what they said in which your could buy the same from
China at £18 delivered. Would not give me a return address and stated it was my responsibility to ship to china, minus 15% re stocking fee and delivery costs and was my responsibility if it was to be damaged in transit. Ordered from what the website stated “uk company” scam for cheap products - avoid at all cost.

Ordered a windproof, waterproof type mac coat it arrived this weekend nothing like the description on facebook cheap and flimsy and far too small no way a size 10/12 think i have been scammed should have known better at 73 just worried they will take more money out of my account

This is a scam company that are now operating under the name Valera London . Jewellery not as an advertised but cheap junk. Trying to get a refund but do not hold out much luck. Avoid at all costs

Ordered shoes off their website looked excellent. They offered various colours I ordered Green my order eventually arrived but Brown rather than Green as I had ordered. Poor quality I returned the order via Royal Mail tracking service- the return has been signed for await refund! Do not buy anything from this company ever.

Not a london company, and a total scam. Sent poor quality unusable junk, and surprise surprise the return address is in China making it pointless to send back for a refund given the postage cost. Which of course they know. Offered a percentage refund to keep, as per script. Never buy off a new company without checking reviews no matter how good the website looks.

Took months to come. Shipped from China. Item sub standard, poor packaging. DON'T USE.

The jumpsuit I received was poor quality and too long.
It arrived with no paperwork or invoice.
I read the Returns policy advising customers to make sure Returns are sent to the correct address.
I sent an email using the order details I had and requesting thr correct iaddress. After 5 days the reply I got stated that they do not make ONESIES and I had the wrong company¡!!!! Iused the email I received when I placed the order to request an address.
I await a reply which if I receive will be outwith the time limit for Returns no doubt.Totally digusted. The jumpsuit will be donated to charity.
PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

They don't sell what they advertise, the items are poor quality and they will not deliver or time or expect the return for refunds, do not waste your money and time!

I really wish I had read all the shocking reviews before I purchased a suit from this company. They claimed to be from Plymouth but goods were shipped from China and took over a month to deliver. I tried to cancel the order when I had realised only a few hours later but they said it had already been processed yet the shipping details were weeks later. Suit was very very poor quality, wouldn't give you £5 for it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY total sham and rip off of your hard earned money. They obviously have no conscience!!!

This company is a scam. They have false advertisement of the clothing, they are nothing like the items they sell the quality is so poor it’s unbeatable. The customer service is terrible and not understanding. They ship from china so your returns will be at a large cost. Avoid this place

Be very aware of this company!
They clone companies websites adding big discounts to a product that you seek to buy. The products will not arrive and your money will be lost. Do not use this company!
They are scammers. Low life people

This company deserves zero stars. Delayed delivery of products with no quality!
