bad exprience
Got a free trial claimed "infinity storage" when tried moving server data it stopped fully working on 400gb and after that it got first all data removed and when i tried again my account had been fully deleted.

We have reviewed your case, and it is correct that you started a free trial with us. During this period, you set up automated schedules running at an extremely high frequency (multiple times per second). This caused abnormal strain on our systems and is not considered normal use of a Minecraft server.
We also want to note that we previously removed these schedules. Despite this, the behavior continued.
Additionally, our logs show that the storage usage exceeded 400GB, which is far beyond what is reasonable for a typical Minecraft server. This is also a violation of our Terms of Service, which clearly state that the service must only be used for its intended purpose (hosting a Minecraft server), and not for other types of data or activities that may negatively impact the platform.
Due to this misuse of resources, the service was automatically suspended and the account subsequently terminated in accordance with our policies.
