I had the misfortune of having my cherished touring bike damaged structurally by a head on collision caused by youths riding recklessly on a cycle path. Velosure responded very quickly to my report of an accident and subsequent loss and provided the necessary documentation to make a claim for the damage which I duly did. They paid very promptly the full estimated costs of damage less the standard excess. This has put me in a position whereby I can proceed with the repairs and if I so wish can carry out some upgrades at my own cost at the same time. I can highly recommend this company.

I would not recommend Velosure. My electric bike was recently stolen and despite having 2 X the required security, and the thieves using an angle grinder to cut the wall anchor (which wasn't an insurance requirement), and then take the entire bike, locks etc. Velosure have refused my claim on a technicality (it wasn't at my home address for more than 24 hours). Overall, I'm down £4k, plus the insurance premium. Just shows that such companies do all they can to wriggle out of a legitimate claim. I shan't be using them again and recommend nobody else does.

I would seriously recommend!

Bike was stolen on Sunday night, called Monday morning, had confirmation of the payout by Tuesday afternoon. Really simple, they just wanted the proof of the lock, proof of purchase and a quote for the new bike. They sent it as a cash settlement which was received today (Thursday). Recommend Steve who was very helpful, patient and understanding.
