I would give 0 stars if possible. This is a scam operation, not a real store. I wasted $80 on what can’t even qualify as real footwear. I received what almost looks like a toy version of shoes, made f... See more

This company is truly a scam

This company is truly a scam. Received absolutely inferior garbage shoes. If you ordered with a credit card you can take this up with your bank, which I did! The scammers were forced to reach out to me to find out why the item was charged back to them! Just inform your cc company that Veloura is posing as another legit company.

RIP Off

RIP Off - Product was poor quality and small. Took weeks and weeks to come, clearly from China. Bought as a Christmas present at beginning of December and arrived in January. Asked for a refund and followed their refund process but have been ignored.

Veloura is a Ripoff and Scam company

Veloura is a Ripoff company that states that it is going out of business but is really just scamming customers.
Their product is poor quality.
Sizing is very very small, and not per their 'Sizing charts'.
Refunds are not permitted.
Returns also not allowed. No shipping address is shared.
No customer service.
DO NOT buy from this company.
I purchased 3 items.
One item was sent with incorrect colour and they first offered to send the correct one. Then after 2 weeks informed me that the company had closed down so it was no longer possible.
The other 2 items sent were tiny, so I asked for and exchange for 2 sizes larger. They first said they'd exchange them then wrote that their business had closed so it was no longer possible.
This is a scam company with no morals.

I ordered a “Large” men’s Winter…

I ordered a “Large” men’s Winter jacket, waited a few weeks and when it arrived, opened the package, And noticed immediately that it was “not a large”, as ordered. It was a small size at best, Although the label on the product had a “L” Tag. It possibly would fit a 10-year-old. After a few emails of complaint, They recommended me to send it back to China, of course at my expense. And they told me to re-order in my proper size, Which I told them I did, As I ordered a large. In my eyes this is a complete scam, And has nothing to do with “ Vancouver”. You have been warned.

False advertising and bad quality

As all others here mentioned, was sucked in by sale and photos. Ordered a sweater for $80 that is the worst quality. I think the arm holes are different sizes, no tags to tell which way it goes on, and the shoulder seams are uneven. I'm going to put this in my "mistakes were made" pile, but at least with the others I can return them!! Don't make this mistake.

Poor quality product. My product was defective and they do not offer refunds. They claim to be from Vancouver but products ship from China.

Constant False Advertising

They have a permanent closing down day every day. This false advertising has been going on for weeks, if not longer, as far as I can see. They advertise a final day 80% discount, but it's EVERY DAY. The sweaters sent were supposed to be small; they are huge, one is polyester. The boots a cheap and tiny. I am attempting to send everything back but Veloura's return process is acceptable only if THEY approve the returned items. And you have to pay for the postage.

OMG No-- Total scam

OMG, don't do it. I completely succumbed to an Instagram advertisement after being awake at 4:00 am, upset and depressed about the US election results. Total time of vulnerability, right? I was suckered in by lovely photographs and an allegation that they were "closing" shop in Vancouver and were having a big sale. So I order not one but three pairs of the same boots in different colours. After I ordered them, I realized I had not seen if they were leather. So I go check only to see that they are advertised as "PU" (polyurethane) "leather" meaning they are not leather at all. After that, I saw that their other fabrics are advertized as "cashmere inspired."

I emailed them within 2 minutes of placing the order to try to cancel it and they responded that my order was already in process and could not be cancelled. Dug deeper into the return policy only to see that they will only allow returns when you have actually received the product and you have to pay return shipping. Then saw the other online reviews... oh my.

This store has nothing to do with "Vancouver" parenthetically-- it is oversees in China and has "stores" in every city, just renaming it using geotagging. If you want a completely junky, scam product with no ability to return it and doesn't fit you, order here! If not, don't be a loser like me, LOL.

This place is a scam and they steal your money!

This place is a scam and not located in Vancouver! They will send you cheap products in polyester which have nothing to do with what is advertised and refuse to process a return and refund and then ghost you. I suspect they are based in China.
