A great datacentre with friendly staff
We provide server hosting and co-location services for our customers and have found Veloxserv extremely responsive whenever we need any changes making or access to the facility.
The datacentre provides everything we need to facilite our services and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Top service, great uptime, no dramas.
I’ve been using VeloxServ for both internet and web hosting, and I honestly can’t fault them. The service has been consistently fast, reliable, and well-supported, exactly what you want from a provider.
What really sets them apart is the personal touch. Craig, clearly cares about his customers and takes pride in running a professional, customer-focused operation. Any time I’ve had a query or needed support, the response has been quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful, no generic call centre, just knowledgeable people who actually know their systems inside out.

4 months in!
We have been dealing with Velox now for around 4 months and to date we are unable to fault them. They have been proactive in provision and supporting existing services. They put a large number of the bigger providers to shame. Its nice to be valued and not simply an account number.

Nothing is ever too big of an ask for the cracking team at VeloxServ.
We've got half a rack in one of their Wolverhampton datacentres and in the past 3-4 months of being in there, never had an issue. One thing that really impressed us was the remote hands availability; After a long day in the office we deployed a new server into our rack and put the wrong sized drives in, leaving the two "spare" drives as the ones we needed in the server! Craig and the team got to work and instantly responded to our SOS email asking what we needed doing and within the next hour, it was done. Bearing in mind this was at 8pm on a Friday I was quite frankly amazed!
We've also got a handful of leased lines and broadband lines with them and getting pricing quotes and availability isn't a bother thanks to Steven and the team and installing is always painless!
Craig and the team, keep doing what you're doing - providing a cracking service!
