Bought a pair of Velthentic sunglasses a few weeks ago. Prompt delivery, quality is superb. The product feels and looks quality top to toe. But the best part: easily the most comfortable and best fitting sunnies I’ve ever worn - by a country mile. Already deliberating a second pair with another colour way.

I ordered from them via Facebook. I am always a medium, but their suits are tiny. They told me to keep them and shipped a larger size to me. The fit is still not right. I’m offering to return all items for a refund, but they tell me that I’m not eligible for the money back guarantee because too much time has passed. This is ridiculous. Don’t order from these guys. They don’t honor their guarantees.

Made an order because I liked the idea of nice breathable cotton clothes. BRANDED as cotton. Got polyester garbage and had to go back and forth with customer support for a week, and still haven't gotten a refund.

The socks are wonderful. They’re lightweight. They stay put, but they’re not tight! My feet are nice and cool. They could use a little reinforcement at the toes, but that’s my only critique.

I ordered a pair of Weston Ray Polarized Sunglasses -
Blue Mirage. They arrived on time and looked good, BUT they weren't polarized lenses.
I wrote to ask for a refund, and they offered me first 15% discount to just keep them. I said no, so they offered 25% discount to keep them.
I have seen this model of operation work before with companies that advertise high-quality goods and deliver obvious, cheap imitations with poor-quality materials. Their return policies exclude issues with the materials used and build quality, but this time it was clear mis-advertising - fraudulent - where they advertised polarised glasses and delivered normal glasses.
Fortunately, I had bought through PayPal, and they facilitated a prompt resolution and return of funds.

This is a lipstick cover up pretty website, advertising well made quality products which turn out to be cheap. Customer service is NIGHTMARE to deal with should something be incorrect. Ordered two items including a pair of shoes. Everything came wrapped in bubble paper! Once arrived not only did the shoes smell heavily of glue, they didn't fit even after carefully following the sizing chart. I contacted customer service only to begin a very tedious and taxing email chain. Responses seemed automatic and repetitive. Returns and refunds are virtually impossible but with persistence can be achieved - They want you send items back to China, and pay for shipping charges since they do not provide return labels (fyi this shipping charge will essentially cost the same value as the items themselves. I did my research with multiple local currier companies). They also proceed to say, keep the incorrect item/size we will send you another one but you must pay for shipping again. As for refunds, it will only be partial, and it takes a long time to get this result. Too many problems from the beginning for a simple online purchase. Avoid purchasing and using this company. It is a sham and once you make a purchase, they are basically free and clear of any liability or responsibility. Spend your money elsewhere! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

First impression is really good sunglasses are as advertised.

Ordered a scarf and it arrived in a week. Looks like it came from the US which is a big benefit nowadays, tumbs up.

Took me a while to actually leave a review because I wanted to wear the stuff a few times first. Overall its a good seller and even after my first washes the tshirts stay the same.

Was sceptical as all the socks I have tried still slip down even with a gelled heel piece. BUT these are a game changer. Thank you!

I order a pair of touch fastening shoes for wider feet. They arrived fairly quickly, but although the outer packaging said size Euro 38, equivalent of a size UK 5, the shoes were a size 4 / 37. They were quick to respond to my email, and told me I could keep them and if I paid an extra £15.99 postage they would send a second pair. All I could think is what if these are incorrect too.

I asked for a refund, after much back and forth I kept the shoes and took a 50% refund, which although not great was better than the 25% they first offered. I could have sent them back to China at my own expense, but I didn't trust that they would refund me my money at all.

I would not purchase from them, totally untrustworthy. They make the mistake, you pay for it.

Anti slip socks are great. They stay put on your feet. They breathe to keep your feet dry. Very pleased with them
