Sorry feeling bad about having to say…

Sorry feeling bad about having to say anything at all mate. The slow creak of a door opening in a dark room is exactly how it felt waiting for Veltrum Assets to respond to my messages. I really do not want to be mean to them or cause a scene because I hate complaining, but I lost funds and it has been a bloody nightmare trying to get a straight answer. I did a bit of a fast check online and it seems I am not the only one dealing with this rubbish. It is a real shocker how they just go quiet when you need your brass back. I was feeling quite low and ready to give up on the whole lot when I stumbled across 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗷𝗼-𝗟𝗟𝗖. I honestly did not expect much and it feels weird to even bring it up, but they actually helped me out. I am genuinely surprised by it because you never know who to trust in this game, but they sorted the mess when I thought it was gone for good. It is a bit of a relief but I still feel uneasy talking about my mistakes.
