Ho comprato da loro un set di creme e siero ect e ho ricevuto prodotti cinesi senza nessuna sigla o marchio Velua. Potrebbero essere pericolosi per la pelle se usati in quanto non sono certificati.
Ho aperto un reclamo su PayPal che sta seguendo il caso.
Prodotto palesemente falso, imita esteticamente parlando, a cominciare dalla confezione, il siero della Celimax, solo che non lo è, infatti è assente del tutto il nome dell'azienda dalle confezioni.
Pubblicità ingannevole, fate attenzione, il prezzo del prodotto originale è evidentemente più alto.
L ordine ci ha messo 20 giorni per arrivare. LORO dicevano entro 14 gg. Oggi arrivato e manca un articolo, perché il bundle era composto da 5 creme e ne ho ricevute 4. Mai più.I prodotti non so nemmeno se li userò. Non mi fido per niente.
Ho comprato il Retinal booster al loro shop su Shopify. Sulla pagina del sito era scritto che hanno il 4.7/5 di recensioni positive su Trustpilot, invece non é vero e non c'erano proprio qui, li ho inseriti io. Poi tramite un altro canale ho trovato recensioni ad 1 stella perché IL PRODOTTO E' FALSO, cosa che confermo appena mi è arrivato il prodotto ho visto che è un tarocco. Ho chiesto il rimborso per la garanzia di 90gg che hanno dato all'ordine, ma NON RISPONDONO!!! Ho ricevuto il pacco dopo oltre 15gg dall'ordine, altra defaiance.
