I ordered an orange oversize jumper…

I ordered an orange oversize jumper from Veluno Dublin and received a red tiny jumper. The cost was €39.95. I contacted the company and explained the issue. After many emails they asked me to send on photos which I did. After many more emails I was advised that the item received was the item ordered. In my opinion orange is NOT red and oversize in size medium does not mean equivalent to an American size 0. I cannot recommend this website as the do not provide the correct item and their customer service is dreadful. The item was ordered on 27th February, received on 18th March and final decision received from the company on 9th April. Very disappointing.

Avoid !

Ordered a pair of shoes on 27Feb, it is now 28Mar and still I received nothing. This company is Chinese not Irish, misleading name. I sent several emails to ask about my order and request a cancellation, no response. Do not buy from this company, it's a scam

Scam

Ordered a dress that said €125 reduced to €60 and the exact same on Shein.
Will not email me back the returns info and is based in China, not Dublin.

Veluno-Dublin !!! Avoid

Veluno-Dublin !!!
Blazer was half price : 35 euro down from 70… horrible quality, the worst polyester ever, impossible to iron, no lining, very odd tailored at the arms, colour is off , non wearable, cheap in every sense. Very disappointed, postage would cost a lot, not worth to return it.
Also the company name is misleading, it has nothing to do with Dublin or Ireland. Worst Chinese merchandise I ever seen.

Based in China not Dublin. Avoid!!

Veluno CHINA more like it. The jumper that arrived was not the jumper I ordered. Completely different. It was poor quality and didn’t fit well. When I contacted them, they said that I could keep the jumper and they would give me a 10% discount. The return to China was estimated at €35 - €45. Avoid. Avoid Avoid.
