I liked this serum because it lightens the spots on my face in a short period of time. I can't say anything about wrinkles because I didn't have any. The only thing I don't like is the initial sticky feeling from this serum, but after ten minutes it is completely absorbed. I was satisfied with it, but when it ends, I want to try other brands

Mixed feelings. Lack of sourcing information. Received a different shape for the smaller roller.
Delivery was fast.
Opening the package there was a strong bad smell, probably the type of materials use around the rollers.
It took a while to get ride of it. That already gives you a bad impression of the whole product. For the first days I thought the bad smell was from the product itself and it was down to fake materials. Then I could not find any information about from where the jade is sourced. It looks very different to other jade or rollers I have and I have tested to see if it's original, results are inconsistent. Velveux should be more clear regarding the quality and sourcing of the jade.
The shape of the smaller roller is different from what is advertised. In their site is a circle shape and I received an oval one. I already have a small oval one, I wanted a round one because the oval sometimes pinches my lower eyelashes. It's very bad Velveux advertises one shape and delivers another. For me getting a round one was the one fact that made me decide to buy the rollers with Velveux.
Overall mechanical use of the whole product is ok.

Best skincare I've tried!!
I really love the products, best quality ever. The eye cream gives me the hydration I need and besides that helps me with the hyperpigmentation. My dark circles are lighter.
Same with the vitamin C serum, I love the smell and as well it is helping me with the sports I have after acne.
Really good quality products, I'm amazed <3
