Horrible hair don’t buy

Without even opening the hair first the plastic bag is scruffed up as though it has been used before , the hair itself is poor quality and the feel of it immediately tells it the ends are extremely tapered and see through.although true factory says it only sells double drawn hair that is a lie any videos or picture with bundles the ends are cropped or high quality hair is used to deceive when asked to show the hair, the customer service is horrible the only payments being bank transfer the possibility of getting a refund is 0 with this scam of a factory and the it toke weeks for the hair to even ship

Very disappointing experience with Vena…

Very disappointing experience with Vena Hair. The quality did not match what was promised at all. The hair was advertised as raw hair, but it clearly was not. The blonde bundle was extremely over-processed, very dry, shedding heavily, and the hair could even be stretched and pulled when wet, which is a major red flag for damaged hair.

Additionally, the second bundle was underweight — it only had 88 grams instead of the promised 100 grams. This is unacceptable, especially when ordering for professional or business purposes.

What made the situation even worse was the lack of communication. As soon as I raised these issues and requested a return, I was completely ignored. There was no response, no attempt to solve the problem, and no willingness to offer any kind of solution or compensation.

This experience felt very unprofessional and unreliable. I expected transparency, quality, and customer support, especially from a supplier claiming to sell raw Vietnamese hair. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Vena Hair based on my experience.
