BUYER BEWARE!

I signed up but never finished the complete setup process and onboarding. I never used the service and called to cancel. They refused to refund even a partial amount paid. Repeatedly, kept offering to extend the service time, but that doesnt help when you arent using the service at all. Beware BEFORE you purchase.

This was a costly and frustrating experience

(Update to Vendasta reply at the bottom Feb 17 2026) My experience with Vendasta did not align with what was represented during the sales process, and I would strongly encourage prospective clients to conduct careful due diligence before signing an agreement.

The sales process was polished and set clear expectations around onboarding, fulfillment timelines, and service quality. However, once services were activated and billing began, execution differed materially from what had been described.

Billing started immediately upon activation. Meaningful onboarding and vendor engagement were delayed, progress during the initial service period was minimal, and communication gaps limited forward movement. Charges continued in full regardless of the lack of substantive deliverables.

The services delivered did not reflect the quality presented during sales discussions. Content lacked strategic depth, timelines were not met, and certain actions created unnecessary risk rather than adding value.

It is also important to understand the vendor model. Much of the fulfillment appears to be performed by third-party providers, yet there does not appear to be a meaningful guarantee around quality, timelines, or vendor accountability. When issues arose, responsibility was attributed to vendor constraints rather than resolved directly — while billing continued.

Update – February 17, 2026

In response to Vendasta’s public reply stating that the agreement was ended “only eight business days after signing” and implying there was insufficient time to demonstrate value:

On December 29, 2025, their Senior Enterprise Account Executive sent the following written acknowledgment:

“You should never have experienced the disappointing communication and work from the fulfillment team.”

“It’s clear that the experience you had did not match what was expected.”

“I am genuinely disappointed that the services delivered were not aligned with our standards.”

“Repetitive visuals and generic copy do not meet the level of quality we aim to deliver.”

“I sincerely apologize for the inappropriate public response to a review. That should not have been sent and should never have put your brand at risk.”

“I apologize the timelines and holidays put a hold on the expected timeline and delivery.”

Despite these admissions regarding substandard social media content, an inappropriate public review response, misrouted communications, SEO delays attributed to a vendor, and acknowledged fulfillment issues, I was still charged over $3,000.
I can also supply Vendor kickoff notes like the one as from ALM dated Dec 18, 2025 to show onboarding had not yet begun. They were still requesting access to core platforms (GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, GBP, Yelp, Bing) and noted holiday closures, proposing to review setup documents on Jan 2. This indicates substantive onboarding and fulfillment had not meaningfully started in December. “I suggest we schedule a meeting for January 2 and review all setup documents together that day.”

This is not about expecting instant results. It is about being charged in full for services that — by their own admission — did not meet professional standards.

Additionally, there was significant pressure to sign before year-end, creating urgency around closing prior to the New Year.

Prospective partners should pay very close attention to:

• Activation triggers and billing start dates
• Defined deliverables and performance standards
• Vendor accountability
• Cancellation and exit terms

I recommend obtaining detailed written commitments and having the agreement reviewed independently before moving forward.

This was a costly and frustrating experience, and I hope this context helps others make an informed decision.

To deliver the level of strategy and quality we aim for, we have an initial setup phase where we exchange information to get services live. Our team stayed within our standard Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the early work we did, but that initial coordination is a necessary step before we can produce substantive results.

Regarding quality, we use clear performance standards to make sure all fulfillment meets our professional benchmarks. It’s unfortunate the agreement was ended only eight business days after signing; that simply isn't enough time for a full fulfillment window to close or for our teams to show the value we’re known for.

We’ve taken your thoughts on contract clarity and onboarding seriously. While we weren’t the right fit for your timeline, your feedback helps us better serve our partners and the businesses they support. We wish you all the best with your business.

I don't even know how they got my…

I don't even know how they got my business line but they have called me at least 5 times and I've asked them at least 3 times to REMOVE MY NUMBER. I've told them we are not interested in their sales calls or services but they keep calling me and wasting my time.

Fabulous Platform with Great Support

I'm a new partner in the Vendasta platform and am working to grow my agency slowly. I researched many platforms and felt the most comfortable with Vendasta. I've had a great experience with their support team, who are very responsive. Features are being developed as we speak, and if I run into any problems, I know I can get someone to help in just a few hours.

I'd like to especially call out Braedon G. He is an Account Executive at Vendasta who worked with me for three months to help me better understand and use the platform. He is so responsive (like wicked fast) and very personable.

I'm very grateful to Vendasta. I see great potential for my company because of our partnership.

Overpromised, Underperformed, and Unresponsive

I chose Vendasta because I was looking for a single platform to manage all of my agency clients. It seemed to offer everything I needed, and the sales team convinced me to give it a try.

To test the platform, I set up my own business first—a business where I’ve personally done all the marketing, SEO, and web design. I know the digital footprint well. Vendasta’s snapshot report immediately flagged dozens of serious errors that were simply not true—everything from failing grades for SEO to claiming I had only 8 backlinks (I used Yext for backlink creation, which is the exact same tool Vendasta uses). It couldn’t even detect my active Yelp and Facebook accounts, both linked directly to my Google Business Profile.

I contacted support multiple times, providing proof that the data was wrong. Instead of resolving the issue, support eventually stopped responding.

When I decided to cancel, I was sent a form requesting account information they already had. I filled it out—twice—and my account still isn’t canceled. I was also promised a refund by my rep, which I have yet to receive.

For a platform that markets itself as an all-in-one agency solution, the inaccuracies, lack of accountability, and poor follow-through were unacceptable.

Fantastic experience. Ready to suceed!

I just completed the first few months of bootcamp and working with my success team (Seyi Abe & Haley Babich) and I could not have asked for a better team.

I worked with Seyi weekly and I would not be where I'm at with this system without him. He's added extreme value to my Vendasta journey. He always knew the answers to my questions, knew the system incredibly well, had great suggestions for products to use, helped me anytime I needed it, and was a huge supporter of my success.

I met with Haley 3-4 times over the process and she was super helpful as well. Always knew the answers to my questions and if she didn't, she immediately followed up with links to resources for me.

Overall, fantastic experience with Vendasta. They will not let you fail at scaling your business by using their system.
