My Account Manager is the BESTTTTT!

My Account Manager is the team member I never knew I needed and now can't live without her! She not only helps to keep my multiple projects and tasks organized and on track but, she has taken the time to learn about me as a business owner and about my company and services! The Vendasta team is incredible. Everyone from sales, to account managers, to fulfillment services teams, are professional, knowledgable, and efficient. Great Culture of Helping Each Partner

Nate is fantastic! Could not have asked for a better mentor and someone to help me as I got going. Furthermore, he continues to touch base and show me more features along the way. I dealt with some very difficult…

I dealt with some very difficult situations.... situations that I knew I had no way out... This was not the case with the Vendasta Team, they not only met my expectations, but exceeded them... I'm very grateful for their hard work and dedication to clients.... I struggled longer then I would like to…

I struggled longer then I would like to admit.

Without, Brandon's help I know for a fact it might have only been a few small things. However, a few degrees off track for along period of time is disastrous.

It is rare to find someone who not only is willing to help, but go the extra few steps to really step a client up to make sure they not only succeeded. But have everything in place to take care of things in confidence.

I am able to offer more then I expected to my clients due to the customer service I experienced, and also the follow-up that was needed that I didn't think was. This is critical in days like today as the market is so competitive, thank you for taking care of me. So I can take care of you.

Avoid at all cost

This is a terrible company with overpriced, substandard products. Your “partner rep” has one job. That is to talk agencies into pushing more and more junk.

There are many alternatives available.

Dean was very patient and understands the importance of this type of decisions for a small business. He and Haley answered all my questions and concerns really quickly. They made me feel really at ease and just concentrate on selling.

I truly feel scammed

A dreadful experience, I was lied to about everything that was promised. Before subscribing to a paid plan, they provided all the support and answered my questions very quickly. Then, we had a meeting with the sales representative, where I was promised free products, and all my questions were answered with assurances that everything would be set up once I subscribed to the paid plan. To this day, nothing has been fulfilled, and they no longer respond to my messages. I have obviously requested the cancellation of the service (and I hope they follow through). Additionally, and this is crucial for any marketing agency, they do not allow payment configuration via Stripe for countries like Argentina, where I reside, despite having promised and assured me that it could be configured. Therefore, I would never have been able to start my marketing agency business. I don't understand how a company can sustain itself with such customer service standards...

Vendasta is a solid product for smal and established web companies

Vendasta is a solid product that is available for start-up and established companies to organize their clients into one dashboard. There is a array of services that can be offered and set at custom prices along with payment processing right through the dashboard.
They offer a sales platform that is great at gaining new leads along with reports that can be sent out to potential customers with emails set to send based on retention.
All-in-all a great white label software system that's ready to tackle the problems of running a free-lance web company. Wish I'd had found them years ago.

Extremely Disappointed with Vendasta's Customer Service

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Vendasta that has left me thoroughly dissatisfied with their service and support.

I purchased a Google Workspace subscription through Vendasta, paying upfront for a full year. Unfortunately, due to an error on Vendasta's part, my account was mistakenly deleted. This led to Google revoking my subscription, even though I had paid for it in advance.

When I requested a refund from Vendasta, they refused, citing Google's refund policies. It was made clear to me that Vendasta took no responsibility for their own mistake, insisting that they were bound by Google's rules. This is despite the fact that the deletion of my account was entirely Vendasta's fault.

The lack of accountability and customer care shown by Vendasta is shocking. As a paying customer who received no service due to their error, I expected better treatment. Their responses were dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me out of pocket and without the service I paid for.

I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with Vendasta, especially if you are relying on them for critical services like Google Workspace. Their customer support is lacking, and they do not stand behind their own mistakes. I regret trusting them with my business and will be looking elsewhere for reliable service providers in the future.

THEY SUCK

THEY SUCK! They chased me for years to get me to sign up. I signed up and 2 days later NOTHING! I have clients to be onboarded and these people TOTALLY IGNORE YOU AFTER YOU SIGN UP FOR THEIR LOW QUALITY SERVICE.

NO HELP. NO SUPPORT. ME AND MY CLIENT ARE STUCK.

I will get my bank to issue a refund a chargeback and move on to another provider.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

The company consistently makes promises…

The company consistently makes promises it can't keep and fails to deliver. Initially, one person made an effort to assist, but after their promotion, the rest of the team seemed lost. Based on personal experience, it's important to be cautious as they often use contracts as a shield and prioritize quantity over quality. While they may appear friendly, they tend to deflect responsibility. This mindset is also prevalent among their vendors. This company prefers a "set it and forget it" approach, resulting in minimal or no results.

It's giving scam save your money

It's giving scam save your money; I thought I did my research on this company. It started well, of course, because they are motivated to take your money, 5k to be exact. I was supposed to be mentored; they were super communicative at first, and I felt supported! and they offered this live boot camp. I thought it was exclusive for people who paid.... it is free. My mentor stopped responding to me eventually after July told me to go through the boot camp again, and that's after I told him I had an interested client, but I needed his help. They charge your card whenever they feel like it. Refrain from sending refunds. They tell you they will. The only tool they have is the snapshot report. I'm sure you can spend the bare minimum to get that feature. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
