Recently, I made a purchase via Vendepay and haven't received an acknowledgement of receipt, other than the charge being made on my account. It has been 2 weeks, and there is no vendor contact info available to further check on my purchase. This may be fraud, and I will make sure I write numerous complaints about using this platform.
I requisted a refund from Vendepay. com weeks ago. I have sent mail after mail but no respons whatsoever. I have NOT used what I signed up for and a refund has not been established.The worst company for payment online👎
