Great quality

Great quality, love the feel of the knitted pieces, and I usually have skin reactions to a lot of knitwear. Sizing is perfect and everything was very flattering. Shipping was efficient to the UK. Would highly recommend!

I love this brand and everything it…

I love this brand and everything it stands for! Great clothes and great customer service. It would be nice to see some development with the return/exchange policies for outside the EU as I am from Australia. I have bought things yearsss ago and the policies haven’t changed at all. I recently bought two pairs of pants. The tall ones!! They are amazing I can’t believe they are long enough on me as a 6’1 girl. However, I find the sizing really difficult as the M is so tight around my legs but is so big around my hips. But because of the policy I am unsure if it is worth me trying to exchange for a different style or size.

Low quality, unflattering fit & trash return service

I ordered two knit cardigan-and-pants sets in dark brown and light pink, and unfortunately neither worked for me. The fit was not petite-friendly at all—the pants were extremely baggy and wide-legged on my 5’2 frame, and the cardigan sat awkwardly, making the set look more like a single shapeless piece than a coordinated outfit. The buttons on the cardigan were also very difficult to open and close due to the thin fabric and thick, slippery buttons, and when sitting down, the gaps between the buttons became visible.

Although the website lists the material as wool, it’s only 10% wool; the majority is nylon and polyester, and you can really feel that. The fabric is thick, stretchy, unbreathable, and slightly itchy. It traps heat in an uncomfortable way rather than feeling cosy or soft. For sets priced around £100 each, I expected a much higher-quality blend, ideally with a higher cotton or wool content. Instead, the material felt more like something from a budget brand rather than an independent, handmade label.

The colours did match the photos, but overall the quality, comfort, and fit were disappointing, especially considering the price. I’ll be returning both sets and hope the returns process is as smooth as described. I ordered from the UK in two separate packages due to the £130 limit, which was fine, but now it’s frustrating to have to return them. In my opinion, these pieces are heavily overpriced for the actual material and production quality. It's not even a cute fit look in person when tried on as well.

Edit: Furthermore I have to pay for shipping are you kidding me? What kind of independent company is this, they can't even offer free shipping or a easier shipping method, nevertheless I am still returning as I would not like to support this brand and I would like my £200 back. As a company you should offer easy return policy for all countries if you're choosing to ship internationally, and their refund time is only 14 days, again, ridiculous, this is a short time frame and if the return package sends later than that or gets delayed past 14 days then they can't refund you. I have to spend around £13 to send it there and hoping there's no customs or tax fees along the way, since I ordered 2 which were separate that's £26 just to return! Money hungry brand.

Edit 2: This is my reply to the "business" whom replied, the sets are basically 100 with shipping, and okay I won't be refunded specifically £200 for 2 sets... I'm just rounding it up to make it sound easier for anyone who reads my review, I'm not going to convert it and count every penny, what a petty reply back.
Secondly I know it's 14 days after delivery, I never said from when you place the order... it's still an issue, what if delivery is slow, or delays, what if the customer is busy and can't return it on time within the 14 days, usually refunds are 30 days from delivery not 14, especially worldwide as it takes more time to deliver. At least give a better time frame, especially when you have to order separately from the website as over £130 per order isn't allowed.... now I have to wait for the second parcel to come SEPARATELY, go through the hassle again and return, and I won't even bother to open that package as I know I won't like it.
And lastly the returns policy is not stated clearly on your website, it only says very vaguely, it doesn't give a graph or table showing each country and if they're classified a hassle free refund, this should be on the website to help people instead of finding out after the purchase when they want to return!
I only got a prepaid return label and an easier refund after I left this review, but many other customers who aren't satisfied with their items would definitely not get this experience, especially if they don't say/do anything about it, so unfortunately this gesture was simply to try to save their own backs as a 'company' and not loose any future customers. Very unfair to their customers, they pick and choose.

This "business" also tried to flag and remove my review on here, apparently it's "defamatory" and trust-pilot reviewed my review and decided it does not contain defamatory content... duh, and they kept my review here. This is here to let people know how unprofessional and unfair this business is and my personal experience.
Also before they tried & failed to flag my review, they also desperately spammed my email 3-4 times telling me to remove my review. I have never had such a hassle & petty experience like this. Please avoid this terrible business.

Fit is always very personal, and I’m sorry these pieces weren’t right for your frame or preferences.

I would like to clarify and update a few important points for anyone reading, as there is now some information in the review that is no longer accurate or complete.

• After your initial contact, we arranged a free prepaid return label for you as a gesture of goodwill, despite our standard UK return policy.
• You were refunded in full, as requested. No amount was withheld, and you have not incurred any loss.
• Before the refund was processed, you also asked whether it would be possible to keep the sets as well.

Regarding pricing:
The sets are priced at €100 each (top and bottom is €100 in total), which is approximately £87 before shipping. While we understand rounding for simplicity, we believe it’s important to be precise when discussing value publicly, which is why this point was clarified earlier.

Regarding returns:
The return window is 14 days from delivery, not from order date. This is clearly stated in our policy and complies with EU and international consumer regulations. While we understand that some brands offer longer windows, a 14-day return period is standard and lawful. Delayed deliveries do not shorten this window. We also have extended returns until 11th of January through November and December.

Regarding UK returns specifically:
At the time of your order, UK customers were required to arrange their own return shipping due to post-Brexit customs regulations. However, we can now generate return labels for the UK as well — something we’ve actively worked to improve based on feedback like yours.

On the claim that we attempted to remove your review or “spam” you:
We contacted you directly to resolve the issue privately and fairly, which resulted in a full refund and prepaid return. Any review flagging was related solely to factual inaccuracies (pricing and return terms), not criticism itself. We welcome honest feedback, even when it’s negative.

We’re truly sorry that this experience left you disappointed. While we respectfully disagree with some characterisations made, we acknowledge that the sets were not right for you — and we did our best to ensure you were fully refunded and supported beyond our standard policy.

Supportive Service

I had difficulties returning an item due to overseas customs and confusing return instructions. I also had to pay $25 for the return. The clothing quality wasn’t what I expected for the price - the material felt very synthetic.

On the plus side - Customer service was friendly and stayed in contact throughout my return issues, and although the process was slower than I’d hoped, I did eventually receive my refund. Overall, my issue was resolved.

I just want to cred Venderby’s custom service! My First time experience with them, my order got lost in the mail, which wasn’t Vendersby’s fault, they sent me a new order and where do kind and sweet. Lovely staff and Lovely Products! Highly recommend 🤍 the order came

Venderby’s sorted the issue!

I hate to write such a bad review however I have been really dissapointed with my experience with Venderbys. I ordered from Venderbys almost 3 weeks ago and my parcel still hasn’t arrived. My parcel has been stuck in customs for almost 2 weeks which I understand isn’t Venderbys fault, however when I contacted them they haven’t been very helpful. They did finally offer to send another parcel out however they ignored my questions when I asked if I had to pay to return them. Also the lack of emails and updates about my order was really annoying :(

UPDATE:
The Venderby’s team have been very helpful! I received a brand new package that was delivered to me in about 5 days. Venderby’s were very quick with their email communication, and gave me updates on my parcel afterwards. The clothes are also lovely (was worth the month wait) 😆

Outstanding customer service, thanks!

I had an issue with my order and was worried aswell as frustrated I wouldn’t be able to get it resolved, but the support I received was outstanding. Nicolae went above and beyond to help me sort everything out quickly. Nicolae even gave me advice for the post office in regards to packages being rejected and offering me a return label!

What really stood out was how understanding and proactive Nicolae was, I felt looked after, which you don’t always get with customer service these days. Thanks to their support, the whole process was smooth and stress-free.

I can’t recommend this company enough for their excellent customer service, and a huge thank you to Nicolae for turning my experience into such a positive one.

We’ve looked into your order and can see that you selected FedEx Home Delivery at €16.95 (around £14.50) instead of the standard Royal Mail delivery at €6.95 (around £6.00). The top itself was €47.95 (around £41.20).
