I personally didn’t purchase from the company I won a competition they hosted. The buisness communicated really well and when shipped out arrived within 4 days! Really good quality and exactly like the photo

Scammed me told me 6 weeks and sent me a bogus tracking number that never shipped. Have to charge back against this scum bag.

Overall I'm chuffed with the hoodie, which has become a favourite of mine and been worn a lot over the past 6 months with zero natural wear and tear occurring on the tapestry or hoodie. The piece is super sick - it's high quality, well designed and clearly has lots of care put into it.

It's not a quick process by any means; I ordered in early February 2023 and received the order in late May/early June 2023. Of course that time is a little longer than their estimated 3-5 week forecast on the website's FAQ, however it also says that every product is made to order so I can't say it was unexpected, and maybe there were complications I was unaware of.

Despite that, I would defo recommend picking something up! :)

Now then I'm not going to say this was a fast delivery item, it absolutely wasn't, there was around an 8-9 week lead time for my item to be delivered rather than the 6week quoted and comms back from Vendetta was a bit slower than I'm used to.
HOWEVER the wait was worth it. The hoodie when it came was spot on. Good quality base hoodie but the actual tapestry itself is just fab. Not a chance of bumping into someone else wearing it in my area and just exactly how I expected it to be. So hang in there, slow fashion is exactly that.

I ordered a spirited away (no face) tote bag as my first order and I love it❤️I received many compliments on it and I highly recommend supporting Vendetta Archive.

As an individual who also works in the slow fashion industry, I completely understand the amount of time and effort that goes towards each item. Especially when each item is handmade to order. I purchased the order knowing in advance that it would take some time for it to be fulfilled and shipped.

The tote bag itself is amazing, it took me by surprise by the amount of things I could fit into it. I use the tote bag almost everyday and it’s still in great condition.

I can’t wait to make another purchase in the future.😊

Just made another order and it is amazing quality same as usual. Any one star reviews are people who are just not patient enough for that item to arrive. Everything is handmade locally and everything I received has come within the timeframe even three weeks when it’s usually like 3 to 6 weeks.

Scam company. They’ve given me a fake tracking number and ghost my emails. You can tell by the lack of responses on the one-star reviews that they don’t care about customer service. Doubt their operation even exists ngl, wish I read the reviews before falling victim to this. Gonna have to contact bank for fraud or smthn.

I ordered a hoodie 6 months ago on 4/27/2023 and never received it. The first time I asked about why my order was delayed they said it was "lost" in transit, and ever since, I kept contacting them and they have been stalling. I asked for a refund and they said that it is getting prepared to be shipped and never received a tracking number or updates. This is a scam, they stole my money and have no intention of actually delivering the product. Do not buy from them and help find a way to shut this scam operation down and prevent others from falling victim to it.

Update 11/1: I received a refund from the company for the undelivered item.

Made an order in August and still have not received the order. It has now been 9 weeks ! Have sent countless emails that have not been responded too. The only reply I have had says it is 3-6 weeks for the garments to be made then they will be shipped. I was also told last week they would be arriving this week but they have not. Save your money!!!!

I ordered two items for £130 in May and never received the order. The keep sending me e-mails informing that the order will be send next will. I have received several messages like that.

This "company" has the days counted, I am going to personally report them to all legit companies they are using copyrighted content from in hope they get a copyright fine and close. They have zero customer service, zero shame, a "company" made from 2 people that got viral on Instagram, and now can't cope!! Don't buy!

Made an order in June and still have yet to receive. Intermittent communication where they are sending me round in circles. They even tried telling me my order had been delivered by supplying me with a tracking number for a delivery sent to the US when I am in Australia. Beautiful items however business is not efficient or productive. Have escalated an investigation to my bank.

One of the best companies of other shops at. Delivery was as stated on the fact that everything was handcrafted locally in the UK is very impressive. The tapestry fabric is used I’ve not seen any other clothing brand. Customer service is good I reached out and had a clear response and updates within 24 hours of messaging I would recommend I will be purchasing again❤️

We placed an order in February and They sent a faulty hoody out in April, the tapestry was completely hanging off. We contacted straight away they said the would send out a replacement. They didn’t. They asked us to return the faulty hoody to them and so we did. Paid tracking so I have photo, signature evidence they received it. They’ve had it for a month now and we’ve been met with radio silence. So now we don’t even have a faulty hoody or our money.

We previously had a good experience with them so I never thought this would happen. Be warned that the hoody quality itself is cheap, you are purely paying for the tapestry.

Read the instagram comments, read every review. I wouldn’t touch this “company” again. If I could give them less than one star I absolutely would.

Bought a Coraline woven tapestry hoodie from Vendetta Archive and it came out perfect. I've gotten lots of compliments on the work and design of this hoodie.

First off don’t buy. I’m serious stop. Empty your cart and save your money. Ordered a Tokyo Ghoul sweater not at all what was advertised. Really cheap material like dollar store CHEAP. Customer service never replied to my emails about the quality or tried to help. It’s been weeks, today is 09/05/23 and nothing. So no would never recommend, ever.

I ordered a Van Gough on a NIKE crewneck.
The embroidery is fantastic.
The NIKE blank is also a great choice to re-work.
Can't wait to see what they do next.

Ordered over 5 weeks ago, no update at all, no communication. Have emailed twice for an update and nothing. I’m very annoyed and disappointed because I’ve been really looking forward to wearing the hoodies I bought and had an eye on them for over a year. VERY ANNOYED to be honest.

Arrived damaged in May. They said they would replace it for me ASAP, it's been three months and nothing. They even had the audacity to say a replacement will be sent ASAP even though I asked for a refund and nkthing happened. Don't use them unless you want to be ripped off and lied to.

Scream Corset. Literslly in love with this design, so well made and amszong cusrimer service. Fit well and made me feel amazing in it. 10/10 recomend this brand
