Bad experience. Not easy to reach customer service. No response received after multiple emails. Customer service phone number is not easy to find. Phone number on bank charge is a Google number.

I've been using Vendoo for a few years now, and I wish I had started using it even longer ago! It completely changed and revolutionized how I am able to sell online. Super easy to use, especially with organizing and keeping track of inventory - There are so many ways to personalize and customize how you tag listings. Vendoo also gives you great insights and info on how your sales are going in real time so you can pivot and plan your inventory, and the customer service is top notch! They respond so quickly, are so genuine, friendly, and helpful, and they are there talking with you in the moment. No AI bots or auto-responses, no generic messages that clearly show they didn't read your questions - Vendoo Support knows what they are doing and run Vendoo so well! The biggest game-changers for me are the cross-listing and de-listing / re-listing features! I used to only sell on eBay 21 years ago, but over the years I've expanded across 8 platforms (eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Curtsy, WhatNot, Grailed, and Vinted). While Curtsy is not yet supported on Vendoo, you're able to auto-import listings from Poshmark to Curtsy so after listing on Poshmark through Vendoo, you don't even have to do anything. There are even a few other selling platforms available that I don't use! I used to spend HOURS re-listing every month. Honestly, it would actually take DAYS to get all my listings revamped and re-listed to refresh them. With Vendoo, it's a literal click of a button. I absolutely LOVE Vendoo and appreciate how much it has done to make my life a little easier as an online seller.

I have used Vendoo for a couple of years now. It is a real time saver being able to list to several venues with a minimal time investment. And when something sells, it is delisted from the other sites. The best thing is the customer service. Everyone I have dealt with has always been friendly and eager to help.

I've been using Vendoo for a couple of years now and absolutely love it, it is an essential part of my reselling business. I'm a full time educator and reselling is my side hustle. Being able to cross list to multiple platforms with just a few simple clicks is a great time saver, and when something sells while I'm in the classroom, Vendoo automatically delists it from all platforms so I don't have to worry about accidentally selling the same item twice. I can also schedule auto-sharing and send auto offers on Posh with Vendoo. As with anything new there was a slight learning curve but compared to all the other cross listers I have tried - this one is the easiest. There are occasional glitches from time to time but Vendoo is always quick to get them resolved, and their customer service is absolutely top notch! Everyone I have chat with at Vendoo over the years has been so so kind! And they always check back to make sure things are running smoothly. For the price Vendoo absolutely cannot be beat!

I love the way Vendoo holds my inventory listings until the season comes or a special holiday during the year. It is a good way keeping the death pile in control. It is so easy to cross list. Love this feature.

Vendoo is hands down the best crosslisting app I’ve ever used. It saves me an incredible amount of time and makes managing multiple platforms so much easier. The features are powerful, intuitive, and actually work the way resellers need them to. The pricing is also very reasonable for everything it offers. If you sell on more than one platform, Vendoo is 100% worth it.

The platform is great! I have been using it for a couple of years and it has really helped with my business. Their packages to choose from are awesome - you can pretty much go as big or as small as you want. Their customer service is top notch. They even have a FB group - you can go there with questions about Vendoo, reselling in general or just to connect with other sellers.

I love Vendoo! It makes crosslisting so much easier. The interface is quite intuitive, and there are so many great features, like keeping track of items sold and inventory within Vendoo. The cost per month is also reasonable for a smaller business, and the fact that they offer a good selection of price tiers is helpful. I also appreciate the responsive customer service folks. It's a great software run by a group of great people!

Every time I have a problem or question, they are there to give me an answer. They let me know if it will take a little while to find the answer.

My experience using Vendoo has been awesome. I’ve been selling on eBay for over 20 years, on and off, and when platforms like Poshmark and Mercari came along, Vendoo gave me the perfect solution to manage them all. Being able to list across multiple platforms in just a few clicks has been a huge time-saver. I highly recommend Vendoo to anyone looking to sell on more than one marketplace.

Horrible company, asked for a refund and now I can’t chat with them. I emailed 3 weeks ago and still no response. Absolute joke of a company 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

Great tech support, and well maintain software. I wish they would try to implement more AI to create an AL lister.

Easier to manage multiple accounts

Been with Vendoo for 3+ years now. Very nice people to work with, relatively quick responses regarding concerns. Occasional frustrating hiccups with API issues with sites, but they do keep you informed and actively work the problem until it is remedied. Would definitely have my recommendation if you seeking a way to cross-list your items quickly in multiple venues they provided for.

The listing, delist and relist features is great. I haven't use the bulk edit but a couple of time but found it to be a little confusing. I am also having problems with Depop not staying connected, which means when I get a sale on another platform I have to remember to manual remove it from Depop.

I love this app, it's the best one i've used for selling items across multiple platforms. Ive been using it for 15 mths and encountered very few problems. Any problems i have had have been dealt with very quickly by the amazing staff. All my listings are now done in-app as i have so much confidence in them.
The user face of the app is very clear and easy to navigate. Having all the analytics to hand to judge how i'm doing makes me really competitive with myself and it has helped push me to triple my income.

Vendoo has been very helpful for my small business. Great costumer service, quick response and resolved the issue I was having.

Horrible customer service. I canceled my subscription, but they continued charging me afterward. When I contacted support, they refused to issue a refund despite the service no longer being used. Billing practices like this feel deceptive, and I would not recommend this company. There are far better cross-listing tools available with transparent billing and responsive support.
If I could give less than one star, I would.

Vendoo makes listing items on several platforms so much easier. The auto delist option is also very handy.

support is impossible to contact. EVERYTHING is behind a paywall. I want to cancel my new subscription already!
