Great service, ordered my product late in the afternoon and was lucky enough to receive it the next morning.
Apart from the great courier selection, the personal touch on service was what will bring me back for more!!

These guys are phenomenal when it gets to customer service. In today's day and age it is rare to find a company that literally pampers their customers.
I placed my order late at night, and in my haste, made a typing error in my contact telephone number. Within minutes I received a mail requesting me to rectify the error via WhatsApp which I did. To my surprise Stefan immediately responded although it was already around 23h00.
The next day the manufacturer phoned me to advise that my item was out of stock but that they were already half-way through the production process in order to supply me with the goods ordered and that delivery would be a bit delayed.
Every step of the way I was kept abreast of developments and today, not even 5 days after having placed my order it was delivered.
What BRILLIANT service... friendly, super accommodating, reliable and fast.... Going out of their way and working hard to make the customer feel that they are their top priority.

Vendo was efficient with great communication skills and customer services, friendly staff and willing to go the extra mile for their customers.
They stay on-top of orders from suppliers and keep you updated along the way.
