unfortunately I had the worst customer…

unfortunately I had the worst customer experience. bought in April, it was supposed to arrive 7 of May, nobody answer, when I call they say they will send and it is never sent. I spend hours on the phone trying to solve and nothing. They don't reply emails either. When they finally schedule to deliver on 28of May - a lot of delay, they cancelled few hours before the time of arrival. I have cancelled my work and everything to wait for the delivery. They cancelled without any reason and didn't schedule a new appointment, so I need to call again. It's been a nightmare because I schedule professionals to come to assemble the curtains and I had to cancel all the time.

I'm very sorry to hear that your experience with us isn't quite what you expected. I just checked to see what I can do for you. The item has been delivered to our warehouse instead of to your house straight away, this is the underlying problem. You ordered your order with assembly service, thus items will always be sent to our warehouse instead of to the customer. The assembly service has been cancelled, without further notice the item has been lying here, we're very sorry. My coworkers mentioned that they've shipped the item yesterday to be sent to your house so you'll get the track & trace code this week and following up the delivery. Once again we're very sorry. Very fast easy and efficient process

Michiel & Wesley were very helpful, they helped to show me all the samples I had chosen and helped to make some right decisions. They took the measurements also very quickly and overall the process was very smooth and effective

We have filled the contact form for free advice and got contacted via phone to schedule an appointment for house visit. Our overall experience was very good, our advisor was very patient with our questions and did not rush us or push forward. Now waiting for our order to be delivered.

Really happy with the entire…

Really happy with the entire experience, from the first sales/measuring call all the way to the fitting. really nice product (and people). a shame it takes so long to get fitting...if you choose that option.

I am very satisfied with the service

I am very satisfied with the service. First they came with a wide selection of curtains and gave me very good advice, as we have some tricky balcony doors with a special handle, which was very helpful. Very patient as it took me a while to decide. Delivery time was a bit long (6weeks) and I asked them to have my case in mind in case any slot would be open: they remember and called me to offer and earlier date.
Today they did the installation: careful and thorough, with a blanket on the floor that they brought to avoid scratches. Clean and efficient assembly, including vertical steam ironing in situ, with a perfect finishing.

Excellent customer service and great recommendations that fits to your needs. Bertine Speldekamp helped me via the virtual consultation to chose the right curtain type and the color for my kitchen door with the guidance on how to measure it. Definitely recommend Veneta!

Great personal service

Great personal service. Thanks Mitch Schellekens for your friendly and professional approach and advice. Love the 8 year warranty! Love the fact that, if you don't like the colour you have two weeks to change the colour and they will remake your blinds for free! Veneta is a company that clearly has confidence in its product quality and it's advisors.

SUPERB Customer Service and Experience

This company should be 10 out of 5 firstly for their outstanding customer service, and the second their warranty. However, I am giving it a 4 because of the blind that broke when we were almost not using it at all.

We bought blinds for the kitchen a long time ago, nearly 8 years to be precise. One day I realized that the blinds were not standing still when I pulled them up, but instead they would just drop down. The mechanism that made them hold up was broken, and we barely used it. I spoke to customer service and sent a video and a few photos and voila, after a few weeks we got our curtain/blinds replaced with a new one.

Before that happened we purchased a couple of blinds but one of them would not properly close (it would roll to the left and get tangled with the plastic holder) and the other was delivered the other way around, meaning the string to open/close them was on the other side. Besides that, I made a mistake and had to call to change the measurements of one of the blinds before it went into production.

I was transferred to Mr. C.B. (won't say his name for privacy reasons). We talked about the measurements and he gave some really interesting advise as well. We went through some steps over the phone to make sure they were not incorrectly installed, took some photos, and a few days later a new blind was being delivered and the other one he instructed us how we could change the string around to the other side so it would fit what we ordered without the need for a new blind.

This person kept in touch, followed up, called us up, and to be honest I will never order any blind or window curtain from any other provider so long this company exists and they keep their customer service just as it is, one of the best that I have experienced in my life.

Just as I am super critical about other companies that I believe should not be in business anymore, I also believe that this company deserves all my praises. In particular I find their customer support to be outstanding... one of the best I have ever dealt with.

You have a life customer!

EDIT:

I am just reading about the negative comments and I can only add that a good customer experience is very, very important. It makes the difference between "I will never in my life shop from you again" and "you have a life long customer". Transparency and honesty also play a big role in this. Not my business so I cannot tell you how to fix it, but I am sure you can always do better, specially for those who have had a terrible experience. Just a thought.
