I ordered 6 pairs of the leakproof antibacterial pants.
The positives, the fabric is quite nice.
The negatives:
They are simply poorly designed ordinary pants, not in the slightest leakproof, no multi layers & the gusset is in the wrong place as others have said.
I gave 2 stars because my money was refunded in full and the staff dealing with it were polite & friendly BUT there were numerous excuses given to try to defend what is clearly a falsely advertised product, not fit for its advertised purpose. In addition there was repeated pressure to accept an alternative product, 70% refund & eventually to return to China at my cost. When challenged about why China when it's allegedly UK company, I was informed R&D is there, I then suggested it was the company's responsibility to return the item to 'R&D' in China, not mine.
I was then refunded in full.

Please just read the reviews before ordering. It is possible that some of the good reviews reflect different products to the one I bought but all is not as it seems from the website.

A great innovation - ultimately cost saving and environmentally much better than having to use pads. Super comfortable, high quality knickers that have given me my confidence back. Clear information on the website, easy to order and fast delivery.

Best knickers ever, so comfortable and stay in place. They don’t disappear up your bottom. They are the only knickers I wear now and have thrown out my old ones.

I have the leak proof knickers. They are so soft and comfortable and dry quickly which is great when I have a little accident! They fit really well.
I got a mix of colours and really don't like them but that's not a real problem.
Would certainly buy again.

Fabulous knickers, I must admit I was rather dubious even I placed the order because there are so many dodgy sites online but I'm happy to say these are so very comfy and soft. They are my new favourites.

People always say how much they love a product and I must admit I don't necessarily believe that all is as great as they say...BUT I LOVE these knickers! They truly are the best ones I have ever bought. No cutting in at the thighs, no riding up, no tightness on the tummy - just great all round. My partner commented on how pretty they are and I will be buying them now for life :-)

I bought a pack of antibacterial and leak-proif knickers a few months ago. Whilst they were extremely comfortable, for me, the gusset wasn't quite long enough. Jade at Venetian Lace was extremely helpful with suggestions for what would work better for me and offered a complimentary order for me to try them. There was a mixup on the replacement order, but this was quickly resolved when I contacted them. I can't rate their customer service highly enough. Extremely prompt and helpful. I won't hesitate to use this company again. 10/10 for customer service, comfort and effectiveness.

Comfortable well made panties. I was not looking for leakproof. What made me purchase them was the antibacterial and anti odour qualities. Very happy with my purchase.

I ordered and when they arrived they were very small, I contacted customer service who were helpful and agreed to an exchange, which they duly dispatched, they didn’t want the original order back and asked that I donate them to charity. When the new ones arrived , although bigger than the first set, no where near the matching size from M&S. So now I have 4 pairs that I can’t use.
Very misleading, “Venetian Lace, Classic Italian lingerie, designed in the UK, made in China”
Based on the reviews I would not have purchased, but I am never going to know if they were comfortable or leakproof!
Update, on reading my review I was contacted by customer service, they ask that I consider removing the review. My review of the product sizing remains, but I can confirm that I have received a full refund, which improves my confidence in their customer service

The most comfortable underwear I've bought in years

Jade has been amazing. Sorting out a problem with the sizes on part if my order. Slower to arrive because of this but so worth the wait.
They fit like a second skin and are so pretty. Hard to believe they are for incontinence.

These are the most luxurious underwear, I have since washed them in the wash bag provided and stay like new… will not wear anything else now 😊

I would suggest you avoid. The knickers are well made, but the gussett is far to far back to be any use. They are not a UK comiany- mine took over a monthe to arrive and you have to pay for returns to China

They stretched the delivery date to the longest offered. When they arrived, they were the wrong colour (5 pairs of black instead of beige). They didn’t pick up my emails querying this, saying they hadn’t appeared in their inbox (yet I’d replied to an email from customer services). They have offered to send me a new set in beige free of charge - so good points for this. However tried them today, light leak from sneezing- went right through to trousers. Nice knickers though - but with panty pads I think.

The items I received weren’t really suitable (gusset much too low down at the front) - but I contacted the company via Messenger and they couldn’t have been more helpful in quickly sorting out a replacement product with no quibble whatsoever.

This is a scam. The website claims to have won awards that don't exist. Shows a "doctor" who doesn't exist in a web search of her name, but shows as a stock photo in an image search. Says "Made with love in the UK" on the website, ships from China.
