I didn’t know what to expect, well you don’t do you? I’m a 14 and ordered Large. They are super comfortable and stretchy. They feel silky too.

These knickers are NOT at all leakproof or made for incontinence. I bought the well advertised on FB pretty design with lace around the leg holes and a bow on the front, stating they held 50ml. They have absolutely no absorbency at all, I tested them with 15ml and it literally soaked through in seconds. They just have a grey material that gets a geometric pattern in when wet. The knickers are pretty, they are stretchy, they did not come in the pretty box advertised, they came in cheap plastic packaging. I rate the knickers 0/5 for incontinence use. However, after some back and forth with ‘Jade’ in customer service, and her offering to send me replacement knickers in any size, colour and design (I refused as don’t believe any will be leakproof), I did eventually get a 100% refund. I offered to return the knickers but they have not asked for that. Customer service i’d rate at 4/5, they have given a 100% refund, after about 4 emails requesting it.

Not at all leak proof as advertised. Very expensive and not what I ordered. Looks like cheap tat from china.

Item arrived quickly and well packaged.

The knickers I bought are extremely soft and comfortable. I waited to post my review so I had time to wear and try them out and I love them. And they wash well, no warping or twisted seams. Happy customer!

The product I received was not at all as advertised.
I opened one pair ( from the cheap plastic packaging) and tested with 5 ml of liquid.....it soaked straight through to the other side.
I have been in contact with regards to the product and the replies have been prompt, although as yet I have not been sent a postage paid label for return. I have been given an address in China to return to, however, this could prove costly as it would need to be recorded as proof of my return.
Over all, so far not a positive experience and definitely not a good product for even minor bladder leaks.
Just an update, I have received a full refund for the products I ordered.

Really pretty and comfortable to wear underwear. However DO NOT buy if you’re looking for “leak proof”. Claims in their marketing that companies like Tena are trying to get take these pants off the market are a marketing trick. Con. I do however wear these regularly as they are super comfortable, but I just use a tena pad inside them as they don’t even collect the tiniest of leaks.

Unfortunately the products are not as advertised
The things I ordered did not arrive until I had complained a number of times and were poorly made, mostly without a label to say what they were made of (the one that had a label was totally synthetic).
I bought them believing they would have some absorbancy and they had absolutely none.

I love these knickers, they are so comfy and I feel secure wearing them, as someone with overactive bladder syndrome I really wanted something prettier and more environmentally sound and less chafing than Tena lady pants and Venetian lace doesn’t disappoint, the size range is also great my Mum and Aunty both love them too ranging in size from a UK 10 to UK 20, part of my order was a little delayed and the customer service I received relating to this was really gold standard 😊 my query was addressed promptly and Jade was so friendly and understanding I really can’t fault them

Yes they are comfortable. But they are not remotely leakproof - the gusset is extremely short and that doesn’t matter anyway because it hasn’t got any absorbency layer anyway. Do not buy.

AVOID. These knickers are not leakproof proof. I cut open one pair to see and they are just a standard cotton lining instead of their advertised multi layer leakproof lining. Absolute scam.

Avoid, don’t trust. Since March I got 3pairs of knickers which actually fit. I trusted their promise to replace initial order so I made another one. I was fighting for it to be delivered 2months and had more promises and excuses only. Had enough asked for full refund as no order was fulfilled. They agreed. On chasing it, they agreed to refund my 2nd order only £68. I’m still waiting & emailing them weekly. It’s month 5 and hot nothing. This feedback truly reflects my experience.* update as seller refunded kast night after this review 16.90;I placed 3 orders where is my 39.84?or partial refund from 37,99 where 3 pairs from 5 meant yo be replaced?

These pants are a real gamechanger!
They're not only pretty, they're pretty good at keeping you dry.
No elastic waistband, so the fit is never tight.
I love conversing with Jade. Even if there is an issue with your order Jade will sort it.
Handy garment bag which helps with the washing of them.

Delivery was time was acceptable. The actual colours were slightly different from advertised. I would have liked to have picked more neutral colours for my 6 pairs. They are undeniably very comfortable, I don't like the bow at the front it looks like something off a very cheap Christmas decoration and I have removed it. Despite them being very comfortable I personally would not reorder because of these reasons

I needed some new knickers and realised I’m better with a more natural material and these seemed something worth trying

The delivery was quick and I was kept informed through emails. The product is whisper soft and very light and comfortable. I would but again from Venetian Lace.

My previous review of this company was removed, despite being wholly factual.
Suffice to say, the goods are not as described, and customer service is non-existent.
The other 1 star reviews tell the truth, the 5 star ones might not be wholly accurate.

I allowed myself to be lured by a special offer that was too good to be true.
My knickers weren't lovely quality eco packaged underwear but cheap Chinese tat in cheap plastic packaging.
I tried to return but the free returns promised is nonsense, requiring a return to China. This is, I believe , against consumer regulation for UK companies but despite what they say I doubt this is a UK company (I can't find a record on a Company House search) so I don't think they can be held to account. I was eventually offered a 50 per cent refund which I accepted as the best I was going to get.
I would love to be able to get the fabric of the pants tested. I'm pretty sure they aren't mostly cotton . They feel, except for the gusset like cheap man made materials. They come up extremely small. The lace around the legs is scratchy. I felt irritation after a day's wear. I feel stupid and conned.
